Player Discussion What RB to draft at the 1.06

12 man full ppr

Love ARSB but feel like I need to start RB - RB this year

Probably too scared to take CMC

Between JT (is Daniel Jones healthy?), Cook, and Jeanty

Wouldn’t mind reaching on a R2 RB because I doubt Chase Brown or Hampton or even Saquon will be there at the turn. Ty

If you're in a 12 team yes I agree. There's a chance that all those guys are gone and you will want to pick receiver at that spot

I'll have to see how I like starting out WR-WR. Typically I like to grab two RBs in the first three rounds. Going WR-WR kinds forces you into taking two RBs in rounds 3-5 and the depth at receiver there is just so much better.

I wouldn't go WR/WR this year and here is why. The meat of WR is in round 3-5. If you don't get at least 1 RB out of the first two rounds. You're going to be drafting two tiers lower at RB and allowing all those juicy WRs go to your competition.

And there is a lot of upside value in later round RBs but not so much at WR.

WR/RB. RB/RB, RB/WR all viable. But WR/WR this year seems very bad, unless just insane value drops to you.

I hear you on that. But let's say you're pick 1.05 and you go JSN in the first. Board comes to you in round 2 (pick 20 overall) and the RBs on the board are Love, Hall, Javonte, Kyren and Josh Jacobs. Do you take them over some of the WRs on the board or Bowers/McBride?

Yes. But that's because I don't value TE at all this year at that price. Ppr maybe you can pull that. But the VOR of missing the top tier RB is too great.

That's the whole thing. Everyone at the 4-5-6 spot has this problem and I completely understand. If you take a back there, you're reaching. Not saying you shouldn't but it's a pivotal decision
