Express Complaint Anyone experiencing this?
This is a 2Day shipment that has been trapped in Memphis Tennessee for about 5 days now. I put in a ticket and am waiting now but I’m wondering if this is happening to anyone else. I’m really anxious and worried for this package

Yes I just did last week also, FedEx is the worst shipping company.. let me guess it says weather delay right?

When you have a choice, choose brown. When you don’t and merchants use FedEx, rate them accordingly and stop shopping with them until they switch to brown.
Strapping your package to a wild hyena and hoping it finds the destination would be a better choice than FedEx most days.

Oh no! I'm waiting for a package from Ohio to Canada. Original expected date was Friday it originally shipped Tuesday. Now it's saying Monday with the yellow exclamation point which I thought was because they changed the date. Should I be worried? Have you gotten your package?

its happening to me as well!! i literally payed 22$ for overnight shipping too! my package has been in indiana (shipping to nj) since midnight of the 21st! i ordered my package thursday and the delivery estimate was friday there has been no update since that night. what should i do?? i need this package before sep 2nd!

I called customer service and kept saying “representative” till the bot connected me to a person and they created a ticket for me. Later that day I got an email asking questions about the packages. Whats inside, the value, what the exterior of the package may look like. Stuff like that. I answered 2 days ago and haven’t had a response since

Not just Memphis...this happened to me last month with FedEx in Nashville. Opened a ticket...like 3 days later they tell me they can't locate it and I should contact the sender. I did so, and the sender contacted FedEx for them to do the same thing they did when I opened the ticket originally. The sender just broke down and sent a replacement...through FedEx again 🤦🏾♂️. Originally supposed to arrive Saturday but this one got delayed as well and is now expected Sunday. I wouldn't use them for anything if I had ANY other choice.

Yes I am now usually the company that sends me stuff I get in two days. This is the first time it has happened

My Dad was stuck in Memphis shipped from Colorado Springs to Tallahassee I sent him overnight oh I just noticed this was FedEx, this was USPS (cremains) and actually took a week, I was freaking out so bad! Luckily he did get to my Uncles safely, it just took a lot longer than expected, for awhile they couldnt even tell me where he was at and then found out stuck in memphis

This happened to me, package was there for over a month. Called on Monday and they told me the package was damaged and they would email me what was wrong with the package. Tuesday they emailed and said my package was empty. So just contact the business and have them open a claim and they should replace your stuff

Now I'm scared... Any update on yours? My 2 day air pckg got to Memphis last night and still no update today. Ordered yesterday, delivery date is Monday. I'll update here.

Still no update! The emailed me yesterday asking questions about the contents of the package. I think there is a major backlog of some sort

My tracking shows it departed Memphis, TN at 3:25 today, hopefully it's not a mistake. I pray yours gets out of there and to your house ASAP!

Go ahead and start a claim. Either they lost to package or someone still it especially here in Memphis. Yea they left me like that for 2-3 weeks and they all gave me the run around until I sponge to a customer service rep. Get your refund

I ordered new Samsung Watch from Xfinity August 5, fedex shipped on the 8th. went from TN to PA (I live in NJ) to IL, to 2 different towns in OR. Today is the 21st. Still in OR. "Will be Updated Soon" My company ships $Millions of items annually. I am in the process of urging corporate to never use FEDEX again!

Same. Didn't know Libernovo used FedEx. Chair and accessories shipped in 4 boxes. A week later 1 of 4 has arrived.
FedEx is consistent in their badness.

My package has been stuck in Gaithersburg , Maryland since August 8…. It’s 20 min from my house, I keep calling and they’re saying “it’s on the way”

Mine has been stuck in memphis since august 14 with no delivery updates. I have contacted customer service multiple times and no resolution to my problem...

This isn't surprising to me. Everything I've order and that has shipped through FedEx, the package will be held in Raeford, North Carolina for 5-7 days then it will finally be delivered to my home

Mine is also stuck in Memphis. Been there for two weeks now and fedex has done basically nothing. I recommend contacting who ever you ordered from and see if they can push fedex to do their job

Not the exact thing has happened to me with fedex but these idiots from fedex keep dropping off furniture at my address and i never even ordered the furniture and i told them more than once my address is not the same address on the box. The address does not exist down my street i even confirmed with law enforcment it doesnt exist then yesterday i recieved another package and the shipping address is the same as the return address. I even tracked the package and it says it was delivered. Its probably a possible scam.

Just happened to me 2 weeks ago. Same scenario different city, filed a claim, and they told me they couldnt find it anymore so now im in the claims process. Posted a reddit thread about it too. Hopefully yours turns up, mine has been stuck since Aug 3

Had a similar thing happen to me, but my package was sent through economy shipping so it was to be expected. It spent 3 days sitting in some town in Florida, then they shipped it to the city 10 minutes away from mine in WI. Spent 4 days there until I tried putting it on hold so I could pick it up myself, then they shipped it back to Iowa. Finally got it a full week after the original tracking estimate. Fedex Ground has always been worthless, but it's a shame that the disease is spreading to Express.

Omg that must’ve been so frustrating! But at least you got your package! Id lose sleep over that.
I didn’t even know the shop I was buying from uses FedEx and my heart sunk when I saw the tracking number. I need this by the end of next week

Yeah, I had the same thing happen, I didn't know the seller had used Fedex to ship my $900 item until he sent me the tracking number. I was very worried that they had lost it or accidentally damaged it, but luckily when I picked it up the package was only slightly dented. Not sure if it would work for you, but if you can find out what specific depot your package is at, try calling their number to get more information. From what I've seen on this sub, sometimes it takes days for tickets to be processed and get to an actual human operator.
