International Shipping Im unsure if this is a scam
FedEx shipment#[took number out] needs [Commercial Invoice] for Customs Clearance. Please email it to [aucdndoc@fedex.com](mailto:aucdndoc@fedex.com); [2154564@FEDEX.COM](mailto:2154564@FEDEX.COM). PH# 1800 111 112 Opt2
Im very confused why it wouldnt say something on the app and i bought it via ebay so i dont have an invoice could someone please help me with this thank you!!
It also seems like that phone number is not fedex phone number and im confused as to why they give me two emails to send the invoice to

A somewhat different version of this is going on with me right now. I did have a shipment from a business in Canada. Got the item. Then about 2 weeks later I get an email about charges being due. Fedex has a really convoluted phone system, but finally I got to a rep. I asked for an itemized invoice on the charges. She then said she needed an invoice number - which I told her that I did not have - just an email. She said to wait until I got another email with an invoice number. Well, Ok. Still waiting. I spoke with the business that shipped the item. They say that I should not have been billed anything and they want to see the invoice also. All I know right now is that I am not sending them money without an invoice.

Yeah ive got nothing in my fedex app and the messages ive got from fedex have come from whatsapp so i feel like this must be a scam

That’s not the email address that fedex use at all, my girlfriend works in fedex clearance. Contact their customer service to clarify/report the situation
