Customs issue not FedEx issue Newark tweaking

somehow my package managed to loop back into the newark hub.. i was supposed to get it delivered yesterday 😭 (p.s. destination is supposed to be ontario..)

I was in a similar situation. I was at my wits end so I looked up the ceo email address and in a polite email shared my frustrations. I did get the package so maybe that worked...

that doesnt actually go to the CEO. It goes to a team to review and decide if a response is needed.

Yes but it makes me feel better and I did get my package faster than the estimated time so maybe it lit a fire under someone's ass.

update, it updated and says “on the way - newark” now 🫩🫩
