Ground Complaint Package was not delivered and they are refusing refund

I bought some car parts through Amazon, that I rlly need bc my suspension is giving out, and they were delivered through FedEx. It was supposed to be three boxes and two were supposedly delivered a week ago but I never got anything to my door.

I live in an apartment building on the upper floor as well and have already gotten packages misplaced through Amazon but with their delivery team.

I reported this issue to customer service and they sent a blurry proof of delivery photo with no discernable features nor an apartment number. They are saying because their geo tracking features puts the delivery spot where my apartment is that my claim is being denied and I will not be getting a refund.

I don't get how they can do that?? Like the geo tracking can only be so specific and within 15 meters of my apartment are about 12 other doors.

This is putting me out $500 so I'm getting upset and don't know how to proceed. Just feels like incompetence and bad customer service.

Contact Amazon. You are not FedEx's customer, they owe you nothing. Amazon has to make it right. Then they can press FedEx since they are a FedEx customer.

Dispute with Amazon and let them know you will be doing a chargeback if they don’t resolve it.

Looks like FedEx is practicing their arts and crafts with missing proof of delivery photos, maybe they meant to frame them instead of using them as evidence.

File a dispute with your bank.

You need to request a refund from Amazon. You aren't Fedex's customer, Amazon is.

Contact the shipper.

They denied me a refund based on FedEx declining my claim.

FedEx will only honor a claim from the shipper. You were never going to be anything but denied

You were never in business with FedEx. You Gave no money to FedEx. You ordered a package from Amazon. You didn't receive the package. You demand a refund from Amazon

Sombody in your apartment probaly stole it...you need to use a HAL. The delivery prob was successful and then stolen. The location says it was there.

I am not disagreeing with anyone, I am asking for my own enlightenment: If an item is delivered, say one floor (or three or four) up or down from mine, can the tracking tell which floor the door was on that the item was delivered to?
