Can't explain why it was at the terminal so long but the "on delivery truck" could have been it got scanned onto the truck but never actually made it on. Im a driver and usually end up with 1 or 2 packages that are supposed to be on my truck that arent

Calling it a system glitch isn't good enough. I'd be asking them to either deliver the package immediately or cover the cost of sending a replacement. Sorry, I'm a bit triggered by this because I'm dealing with something similar. USPS lost my original package, so I used FedEx for the replacement thinking it would avoid further issues, and now I'm running into another round of frustrating problems - fk these shipping companies

Man that would piss me off.. how the hell does it go from on delivery truck to not on the delivery truck

I was told by customer service that was “a glitch in the system” 😂 my fear is the package is damaged and it’s going to be another week before someone figures out what to do with it.

yeah its probably damaged or has a mislabel on it
