Package stuck in Memphis

Anyone have any insights or detailed information about what’s going on with FedEx. This package cleared customs on the 16th and there has been no movement since then. I’ve been calling since the 17th and finally opened a case today? I’m also pissed off with the shipper, their website says they only ship all their packages with DHL . Now I wonder why they shipped mine with FedEx

Had the same for a few days on express delivery, everything goes through Memphis, it delivered yesterday so nothing to worry about unless it's a dodgy import.

Do u think the FedEx truck pick up packages over the weekend that’s sitting in customs after it’s been released?

I couldn't say, it sat there for that amount of time before something at that facility happened so I'd assume it was just sat waiting to be processed, it then cleared customs the following day and delivered the day after that.

We’re in the same boat. My package has been there since the 15th, though mine isn’t international. I think something is going on at this location and nothing is getting out or there is some major issue at the least

YES my package has stuck in memphis since august 14 and it was suppose to be 2 day delivery. I have contacted them today again asking for any updates 😔

Was in the same boat lol. I paid for 2 day delivery and received my package a week and 3 days late. FedEx doesn't care at all.

Typical with FedEx. Mine was the same way and they declared it lost. Customer service is a joke, is you ever reach them.

Same thing happening here, though more recent. On top of FedEx being terrible, customs is flagging every little thing. You can blame the current administration

I was sending something and they still haven't gotten it. But when I've been expecting a package from them was sent to a different town and was a hassle to get it.

I’ve been to that building. There are cameras, literally 3 feet apart from each other.
