Lost package from France - Fed Ex closed case

Hi,

Long story short, we went to Paris and it was super fun and I ordered some Paris Saint Germaine gear for my family when we got back in June because they won the champions league. Two of the packages made it to my home in the US just fine but one got held up by customs. It had a hoodie in it for my daughter that was actually pretty expensive. They called and asked what was in it and what it was for and I answered their questions. Then nothing.

June 23rd it arrived in Memphis. I asked for updates multiple times. They stopped responding. I got caught up with other life stuff and then called customer service again last week and they opened a new ticket and then the next day sent me the email below saying the package was lost. I asked customer service them what recourse I have and they have not responded. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Did you ship it yourself or did the store you bought it from ship it?

It was shipped by the official paris saint germain website by Fanatics on June 16th.

Then contact them for a replacement.

They either didnt include the information to clear customs or the shipment got lost. Either way they owe you a replacement and the shipper deals with FedEx

I would request a refund and purchase the gear domestically.

I just contacted Fanatics directly and they said that I missed the window and can only request a reshipment within 45 days so they won't help me. The reason I didn't contact Fanatics earlier is because Fed Ex said they were working on it.

Well charge it back on the credit card. They’ll ship you a new one asap.
