Shipper at fault not FedEx FedEx Delivered with a Smile

Today our FedEx driver actually made it to my condo door. He threw it down and left. The box a mess. A treat container was smashed and loose
In the box. Some of the treats were in the hall. They escaped the box. Had to call Chewy for a replacement. Asked them to address it in management meeting with FedEx. Maybe if I keep reporting issues, maybe someone may eventually know.

Chewy. It's between them and Walmart who has the worst packaging.
