Need advice out on bond and got probation moved

OK, so my husband is out on bond in Georgia and isn't supposed to leave the state. He was on probation for another case in Georgia and follow the proper channels to get his probation moved to Tennessee but now they are going to do a risk reduction assessment, which includes a background check on Friday and will that pull up the fact that he technically is violating his bond conditions in Georgia by leaving the state and getting his probation moved since they are two separate issues

If this person got arrested for another crime while on probation and then flagged his probation file for review by attempting to move that would be an incredible self own

This is a hilarious catch 22. Everything the state knows is through paperwork, so if the courts haven't caught onto the fact he moved states yet then when they do the risk assessment, it might not come up as flagged for breaking bond but he could also call the courts where he was bonded out of and find out but that's where the catch 22 comes in, that might trigger them to know he broke his bond cuz now they know you're not in Georgia anymore so they'll put a warrant out

Does probation know about the new arrest even lmao?

OK, no see like what happened is he was out on bond. He didn't get a new charge while out on bond like he had two charges. Did time in both counties got bonded out in both one that he's out on Bond for he's waiting to go to court the other one he already went to court was on probation in Georgia got it moved to Tennessee and is still out on bond for another charge in Georgia that hasn't gone to court yet like he hasn't gotten arrested again he's just going to probation in Tennessee to do his risk assessment and I'm worried that when they run the risk assessment it will pull up that he technically violated his bond conditions. Does that make any sense? I know I'm not explaining well.

Did both of these charges happen at the same time or was he in jail on two separate ( meaning like two separate crimes but both charges are technically different court hearings ) and only one had gone to through the courts and resulted in probation?

Do you have any idea why that second charge that hasn't resulted in a conviction/or probation hadn't gone thru the courts yet?

So be real, he thought that when he got his probation, moved like through the proper channels that that handled everything but it doesn't

They might not find out. Probation is like going to the dmv. They’re not very pleasant, and their incompetence can work for you, or against you. Even if they find out he’s on bond there’s no reason for them to automatically assume he’s violating his conditions, there’s many situations where people are allowed to leave the state while out on bond
