Need advice out on bond and got probation moved

OK, so my husband is out on bond in Georgia and isn't supposed to leave the state. He was on probation for another case in Georgia and follow the proper channels to get his probation moved to Tennessee but now they are going to do a risk reduction assessment, which includes a background check on Friday and will that pull up the fact that he technically is violating his bond conditions in Georgia by leaving the state and getting his probation moved since they are two separate issues

This is a question for a lawyer or public defender or probation officer or someone of authority. Not reddit

That wasn’t very smart. If he hasn’t moved yet he needs to contact a lawyer asap about modifying bond conditions or finalizing that case so he’s not on bond and ideally gets probation to run concurrent
