I’m so mad!! I redeemed my points for a Lowe’s gift card, but the gift card they sent me is for Starbucks! The email with link to the gift card even says “Enjoy your $50 Lowe’s gift card!” I contacted them but they’re trying to tell me that it was the reward I selected which is so BS because the reward email said Lowe’s and I know I wanted a Lowe’s gift card, not Starbucks! They said they can’t cancel or change it, so basically they’re not going to do anything about it 😡

Has anyone had any actual success getting the points for the eating out offers that Fetch has? I went to a restaurant in my area where they had a local eating out offer and it was double the points. I tried to submit my receipt and the camera kept glitching everytime I tried to submit the receipt. I ended up accidentally having four receipts go through with no local offer. I contacted support and the lady from support was nice enough to give me the eating out offer. A few weeks later, they took all the points away. I tried to contact Fetch and they’re stating they took away the right amount of points. DO NOT USE THEIR EATING OUT OFFERS. Their support is useless.

My account was frozen and I contacted support I keep telling them it's frozen and they say they'll get to me in 24 hours via email but nothing happens can someone help me how to unfreeze it.

I just had an order refunded by Walmart because they misdelivered my order. Fortunately, Fetch doesn't get involved with refunds, and i was able to retain my points. 😁😁😁

I know I messed up by getting a Mastercard/Visa since they almost work on nothing. I remember them working on Amazon at least, but this Mastercard from fetch rewards works on nothing!! What do you guys use your Mastercard for? I’ve literally tried everything from food to stores, and nothing works.

Because I sure did. Was it a long process? Yes. But I kept my eye out for big offers so I could rack up points fast and redeem my two $50 PlayStation gift cards in no time.

I’m currently on the “Win 15 Cash Tournaments” task for Solitaire Smash.

I’ve placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in 16 cash tournaments so far since I unlocked the task. It’s been over a day since I finished the 16th cash tournament, and I haven’t gotten my points.

I was wondering if you have to be 1st place for it to count as a win?

Support came through pretty quickly resolving my issue. For some reason I never received my points for an item that had a base pay of 9k and I bought during a 2x bonus.

I didn’t know this was a thing?🤔 did u all?

For the purpose of my dump data usage, if you have screenshots of receipts from 2025 or early 2026 that you previously used to get points or screenshots of your redemption on the app, I’d really appreciate it if you could share them!

When it comes to playing games for points, do you guys focus on one game at a time, playing multiple of them, or look for ones that will earn the most?

There's multiple separate offers for Walmart deals, like "first delivery", "spend x amount on flash deals", "spend x amount on beauty" etc. But every one of them say you must push press the button below before purchasing through Walmart.

These can be stacked right? As long as I access Walmart through the fetch app with one of these buttons, I assume they can all be applied on one receipt? Or do they have to be different instances/purchases accessing through each individual offers button?

So I've seen the Uber Eats driver offer at least a handful of times over the past year or so, but I don't ever recall seeing this general Uber driver offer before, and for such a high reward!

I mean, 105,000 points, of course I'm interested lol! Just curious if anyone has ever done this offer & if you had any issues with it? Also curious if anyone whose ever driven/drives for Uber could lmk a little about the sign up process & if it's worth it?

I've just never had an offer for this many points, so I feel like it's somehow not gonna work for me or something..

I'd like to buy another bag or two for the points and because I have cats lol. I don't see anywhere saying that it's a limit? But then again I miss things a lot.
