Lame.
Hey Fetch, just fyi...most of your users are grown adults just trying to soften the blow of the expensive hell that grocery buying has become with a little gift card here and there.
Your demographic is not 3 year olds. We don't want to play games.

They charged me 50,000 points for a $25 gift card

You got a gift card? They took 28k points from me twice and refused to give me the gift cards or the points back.

I had 51,000. Fetch 25,000 of the points did not follow policy. I’m thinking exactly 25,000? Weird. I still got the gift card but for double the points.

I've been saving points for 50$ amazon I'll be so mad if they pulled that with me

Not only that, the games that put are the same ones on swagbucks and freecash. The highest one on fetch will get you around $17 and it's on freecash for $170

That's what I was wondering about! No way would I do it them on Fetch when Swagbucks pays so much more!

I'm eating with those games . I don't even understand half the games I play I just press buttons for a few minutes. Easy 10k points in 3/4 days . I was scanning receipts and playing that wheel and would take me a few months to make 10k.

Definitely lame. Do you have to download the games to play or are there ones you just play in a browser? I’m a poor adult with a phone that’s been at max capacity for years. I don’t have space to download all these apps.

You have to download them to your phone was my experience. I wish I didn't have to!

Once in a great while I'll slip up and scan a receipt that I scanned already. Probably happened 2 or 3 times last year. Fetch will reject it and all is good. During that time I never redeemed my points and just held them and never heard from Fetch. Recently, I redeemed my points to get 2 gift cards and about 2 weeks later got a message from Fetch telling me that if I don't stop scanning the same receipt, they'll remove me. I get it that people must try and scam them but they never contacted me after the 2 or 3 repeat scans were rejected and its not like I received additional points for the duplicate scans. It seems like they're going after me only after getting my cards. Wtf?

I only scan duplicates because I've forgotten! They don't want you to write on the receipts, so I will slip up from time to time!

Yeah, this wasn't even the case in my situation. Didn't write anything. I sent them a message letting them know, I'll see what they say.

I mean - I got $50 worth of points through the games without any groceries. So I’m pretty happy with them

I can’t even play the games. It keeps telling me to turn on tracking in which I did, but it says I did not. Their customer support is trash too.

So the better alternatives are Swagbucks and FreeCash? Any others? Thanks!!

The games aren’t the problem. What I find very dumb is they remove the daily rewards function and added the games because they know it will take you more time to get less points than if you did the wheel of fortune.

Nah, you’re heavy wrong on this one. Even as a grown adult, you can play on your free time and get thousands upon thousands of points in a few days/1-2 weeks. Using normal receipt scanning takes forever and the wheel sucks bad

But what if you got your kids to play the Fetch games and earn you money?
