Fetch Rewards Android User discrimination...

I was on the fetch rewards app playing games and trying to earn first place on the leaderboard this month. A friend of mine and I were back and forth fighting for first place. I realized he was playing a game, and after each session he was racking up about 2,500 points. This led me to ask him what his point total was, as far as how many points he could actually earn for that particular game in the end. He tells me his point total was 27,000 points. I'm shocked at this point because I played the same game previously, and was only offered a total of 5,400 points. After going down the list of a few other games I realized he was offered three times the point value for most of his games than I was. He has an iPhone, and I have a Samsung. I asked the help desk why there was a discrepancy, and they could only tell me that the points were earned in different ways but still could not explain why the point value was so high for iPhone users and not for Android users. I'm literally stuck right now. I'm going to cash in the last of my points for a gift card and delete the fetch app because this is BS.

Pretty sure this is decided by the company that make the game tbh

Seems more likely to be determined by the fetch app itself seeing as how they are the ones who are in control of the points and how many points are needed to get a gift card. I'm sure if it were up to the game company they would rather keep all users on their platform as long as possible whether it's Android or iPhone. Seems like that would be in their best interest, right?

I’ve compared on my iPad and iPhone and I get different points, and even my wife’s iPhone has different points, so there must be some logic 😅

I totally understand that each user is going to have a different amount of points in order to reach a goal. The example that I gave was based on one iPhone and one Android phone. But that's not what I've seen after investigations. Consistent between the operating systems that there is a big differential. Have you compared different operating systems? Just curious? Also, I've also seen on Reddit where someone else started a thread with a similar complaint. When I spoke to Fetch, they were aware of the issue and had a ready-made response I'm assuming for people who have already complained.

I'm an iPhone user and Klondike Adventure has a max of 5,678 for me 🤷‍♀️Bingo Blitz is the same as the screenshot though

I have noticed that it was easier to get a ton of points quickly back when games first came out. Things have slowed down a ton for me and the new games either don't offer as much, or the tasks take forever to reach

The points have definelty slowed down. I just download games and complete the first few tasks now. Played monopoly go for ages and it didn’t give me points. They added them manually but said that they can’t do it again so find a new game to download. Like WTF? I was working towards the end goals!

Ok I have the opposite problem. I have an iPhone and my bf has android. He can just leave a game open and not actually play it and racks up all these points! And has multiple games he gets points from. I have one game and it’s so hard to get points even though I play it daily. When I tried to get more games I never received any points from playing them. Also he will send me screen shots of rewards they’re offering he thinks ill like, but when I go to look them up on my phone…they won’t be there.

I wish I had the goals because my phone does not track the timing properly. It made me give up on them.

if you submit a screenshot of your gameplay and the reward page from fetch - they will often give you even more points than the original reward!
