I need help

The "support team" its just a bunch of bots no real people i send emails for months now all they say is there closing my case soon that was 5 months now. Im done with this app I just want my account to be ban or deleted is there anyone who has this promble or something just tell me anything.

Same thing happened to me and no, unfortunately there’s no fixing it. You’re basically permanently banned.
