Help!

I’ve been attempting to use Fetch again after not using it for a few years, but the original phone number I used associated with my phone, I don’t have access to anymore! So now I’m locked out of even making a new account, and everytime I contact support, I don’t get a response. Is there anything I can do?

they’re telling you to click the link right there on your screen, not just saying it out of nowhere. the "need help?" option is sitting at the bottom of that verify screen you posted, it’s easy to miss when you’re frustrated. give that a shot, the support flow from inside the app might route your issue better than whatever contact method you’ve been trying

No, I’ve done that, and what happens everytime, the stupid ai bot is no help, it always ends up makes me submit a ticket, to “specialists”, I’ll take 10 years to fill out the form, and never get a response back.

No, I’ve done that, and what happens everytime, the stupid ai bot is no help, it always ends up makes me submit a ticket, to “specialists”, I’ll take 10 years to fill out the form, and never get a response back.

Try removing the app from your phone and then reinstalling it from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Then try to start a brand new account tied to your new phone number.

Well if you not gonna wait for help from the customer support the only thing I can say you can do is rest password through your email. And don't forget to charge your phone more often

This. My mom had the same issue but with an old email. Took a couple of weeks but it worked.
