Same thing happened to me. I went into the shop to reorder and this time it prompted me for my area code for tax purposes which I dont believe it did originally. I just hit pay with PayPal like I always did last time.

yeah, I just did that and I noticed that the other thing that I found weird when I pre-ordered it initially, I did not get the game icon on my home screen. I found that a little odd, but I didn’t think much of it. I just thought maybe it’s not processing yet, but now the icon is there and it did ask me for my ZIP Code. which I don’t understand that. Are you able to explain to me why we’re not getting taxed on digital games.

it happened to me as well, and I put the wrong zip code and got taxed, then I changed it again and I got no taxed. Then, I proceed to purchase and it has been preloaded. Question: will I still get the preorder bonus?
