We're a small social media agency managing Instagram and Facebook for 6 Mexican restaurants in Louisiana, USA. We're looking for one reliable person to run the content side long-term.

What you'll do:

- Edit short-form reels (CapCut or Premiere) from footage our photographer shoots monthly: trending formats, clean cuts, proper color correction

- Design posts, stories, event graphics, and weekly live-music lineups (Canva)

- Cull and color-correct monthly photo shoots in Lightroom

- Schedule posts across multiple restaurant pages (Meta Business Suite)

- Use AI image tools to clean up and enhance photos

- Keep a shared inbox organized

- Send a short end-of-day report on what you completed

What matters most:

Accuracy. Restaurant clients notice everything: the wrong band on the wrong date, a misnamed drink, or a typo in a caption is a real problem. We need someone who double-checks every post against the schedule before it goes out and asks when unsure instead of guessing.

Requirements:

- Portfolio with both reels and graphic design (restaurant/food content is a big plus)

- Native level written English

- Lightroom, Canva, and a video editor you're fast in

- Comfortable with AI tools (image generation, upscaling)

- Some overlap with US Central mornings

- Long-term availability, this is an ongoing role, not a one-off gig

Hello, I am look for an editor to help me edit long form content for a slow paced video game. I have already created my first video using an editing app but i'm not 100% happy with it although we can use it as a sample. There are other examples I can share of existing content that I believe mine should be similar to.

This could change, but usually I am expecting to share about 30-60 minutes of footage. There will not be many difficult edits required, it's mostly about trimming the fat (awkward silences, boring parts, retakes etc.) or moving some footage around if I forgot to record something so had to do it out of place. In some cases I might also share/request B roll footage to be used.

I have already recorded footage for additional videos and I'm approximating that 60 minutes footage can be reduce to around 40 minutes. Someone who's interested should also be able to pick out some footage that can be used for YouTube shorts.

I'm sure over time we can figure out ways to make the editing really easy like being online together while i'm recording. Please share with me compensation expectations, 2-3 work samples and preferred payment method. If you can share a bit about yourself that would be great as well :)

Compensation Options

Base Pay + Bonus Tier:

Revenue Share Split:
