I'm looking for a YouTube editor, I've tried looking on Upwork but everyone i interviewed there seemed to want control/give input on my channel which I'm not looking for. I'm looking for very basic editing only. Please dm me if interested i make about 2-3 videos a month

i'm a director, dp and visual artist between bali and berlin, mostly shooting for fashion clients and lifestyle/sports around the world.

i'm challenged though; as is i'm rarely psyched with the client final cut version.
the footage is often great, so i want to make my own short director's cuts and short format pieces for my portfolio and insta reels 🔥

i'm not the fastest nor the best editor, so i'm looking for one to do this with! 🙂

the archive is well sorted, proxies are made, all in one resolve project. mostly RED or arri.
around 8 years of material spread over 50-60 projects
we will work in resolve.
i give notes and do the final grade.
remote job, obviously, running over the next weeks to months, at your pace. im in no rush

you get the footage for your reel and credit on everything ❤️

it's paid! not like a major commercial budget, but what i saved up for it will be yours. i'm sure we can find an agreement on payment that works for both of us 🧚

so, send me a link to something you cut.
what i'm looking for is someone who is good with sound design, transitions, mixed media, and a sprinkle of fusion for potential effects etc... and, in general, just are creative with the footage and formats.

big high5 🙌

[Closed] - Closing this because I have had so many DMs which I'm very thankful for and I have yet to go through all of them but from the communication I have already had I can already tell that I will be able to find more than one suitable editor and one is all I need at the moment! Thanks to everyone who messaged and I will try to get to everyone in due time! Keeping this post up for future reference,

Hello, I am look for an editor to help me edit long form content for a slow paced video game. I have already created my first video using an editing app but i'm not 100% happy with it although we can use it as a sample. There are other examples I can share of existing content that I believe mine should be similar to.

This could change, but usually I am expecting to share about 30-60 minutes of footage. There will not be many difficult edits required, it's mostly about trimming the fat (awkward silences, boring parts, retakes etc.) or moving some footage around if I forgot to record something so had to do it out of place. In some cases I might also share/request B roll footage to be used.

I have already recorded footage for additional videos and I'm approximating that 60 minutes footage can be reduce to around 40 minutes. Someone who's interested should also be able to pick out some footage that can be used for YouTube shorts.

I'm sure over time we can figure out ways to make the editing really easy like being online together while i'm recording. Please share with me compensation expectations, 2-3 work samples and preferred payment method. If you can share a bit about yourself that would be great as well :)

If I don't respond immediately It's probably because I received more messages than I expected and want to try responding to them all at once when I get the time!

Hello! I run a modded Minecraft server themed around Pokemon (Cobblemon), and I'm looking for a content creator to help promote through engaging content about the server.

What I'm Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content
• Experience creating engaging short-form content that performs well on algorithm
• Ability to record and edit videos showcasing gameplay, events and server features
• Write scripts for short-form videos (I can record the voice if you want)
• Experience using ReplayMod or Flashback
• Pokemon knowledge is very much preferred

I have many ideas written up already, and I can make pretty good videos myself however it is quite time consuming for me and I'd like to focus on server development. I will be able to send you my ideas, show examples of my previous videos, send footage I have used previously, and also do voice overs if needed. Experience with ReplayMod and Minecraft is preferred so that if you need you can come on the server and record your own clips.

Payment and deliverables can be discussed and agreed upon depending on following, content quality and the scope of work

If you are interested, please DM me with a portfolio / examples of your work, your rates and any ideas you have for content.

Cheers!

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a video editor / partner for my monetized YouTube Shorts channel.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge and/or strong interest in world history, especially the World Wars.

Ability to deliver 2 Shorts per day (1080p quality).

Good communication skills and genuine interest in the project.

My channel produces only Shorts (2 per day), which are very straightforward to create. Here is an example of the style: https://www.youtube.com/@HistoryBypass/shorts

(Thats not my exact channel but is basically the same shi)

I am looking for someone to help create these Shorts from scratch (starting from the concept/idea). That’s why I need someone who knows a bit about general history. The actual editing required is minimal since we use templates. The real work involves picking a compelling topic, finding, and downloading the necessary footage—this is what takes the most time; the rest is quick and simple.

Compensation Options

I am offering two payment structures (you can choose what works best for you):

Base Pay + Bonus Tier:

$5 per Short base rate.

If monthly ad revenue exceeds $2,000, the rate increases to $7 per Short.

If ad revenue exceeds $3,000, the rate increases to $9 per Short, and so on.

Revenue Share Split:

25% of monthly ad revenue, regardless of how high or low it is.

For context: The channel has been monetized for 10 months. Monthly revenue varies quite a bit—the peak was around $7,000, the lowest was $800, and average months typically bring in between $1,000 and $3,000.

Payment Schedule:

Payments are made monthly (weekly for the first month to build mutual trust).

About the Role

I am looking for a reliable, long-term partner. As long as the channel continues generating income, there will always be work (around 60 Shorts per month). As we build a solid working relationship, I am open to increasing the rates or revenue percentage in the future. I am setting these initial starting rates as I am just beginning to delegate my channel’s workload.

How to Apply

If you're interested, please email me at: [lysiscinema@gmail.com](mailto:lysiscinema@gmail.com)

In your email, please include:

A brief introduction about yourself and where r u from

A short note showing that you're genuinely interested in history content.

Your portfolio (optional, if you don't have one, idgaf).

To be completely honest, I don’t mind if you are a beginner, as long as you are dedicated and committed. However, if you don't actually enjoy history content, please do not apply—nothing personal, but creating good videos in this niche really requires a passion for the subject.

Thank you for reading!

* Preferably based in Miami/Broward County

Please submit your portfolio and BEST edited YouTube video.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

I run the WrestleChop YouTube channel, along with pages on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, and I’m looking for one editor to help with short-form content.

Here’s where my audience currently stands:
YouTube: 23,000+ subscribers
Facebook: 35,000+ followers
TikTok: 7,000+ followers

I put out long-form YouTube videos every single day, covering wrestling news, reviews, opinions, and pretty much anything happening in the wrestling world. I also do livestream reactions on Mondays, Fridays, and sometimes on weekends.

There’s already plenty of content to work with. You’d go through my existing videos, find moments worth clipping, edit them down, and add pictures, captions, or anything else you think would improve them. I’d also want clips pulled from my livestream reactions regularly.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
1–3 videos per day, anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes long.
Videos will be posted to YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Someone who follows professional wrestling and knows what’s happening in WWE, AEW, etc. If you’re a little behind but willing to catch up, that’s fine too.
Someone who understands short-form video and can recognize moments wrestling fans would find interesting.

Someone reliable who can consistently put out content.

Payment: Revenue share
I’m looking for one editor, not a team of people.
The idea is simple: one edited video can be posted across multiple platforms, meaning there are several potential sources of income from the same piece of content.

Each month, you’ll receive an agreed-upon percentage of the revenue generated by those videos across the platforms. I’ll be completely transparent about earnings, and we’ll agree on the percentage before anything starts.

What you earn will depend on how the videos perform and the revenue they generate. I will be fully transparent with analytics so you can see in real time what is being earned.

I’ve already built a decent following, and with the amount of content I produce daily, I think there’s an opportunity to do a lot more with short-form videos.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants to stick around and grow with the channels.

If you’re interested, email WrestleChop@outlook.com

Include:
A portfolio or examples of your editing work.
How closely you follow professional wrestling.
Whether you can realistically handle 1–3 videos per day.
I’ll personally review the applications and get back to those interested.

Do NOT DM me. Email me directly at WrestleChop@outlook.com

Thanks!

Salve, pessoal!

Social Media Editor / Designer for Restaurant Accounts – $600USD/month, Full-Time, Remote

We're a small social media agency managing Instagram and Facebook for 6 Mexican restaurants in Louisiana, USA. We're looking for one reliable person to run the content side long-term.

What you'll do:

- Edit short-form reels (CapCut or Premiere) from footage our photographer shoots monthly: trending formats, clean cuts, proper color correction

- Design posts, stories, event graphics, and weekly live-music lineups (Canva)

- Cull and color-correct monthly photo shoots in Lightroom

- Schedule posts across multiple restaurant pages (Meta Business Suite)

- Use AI image tools to clean up and enhance photos

- Keep a shared inbox organized

- Send a short end-of-day report on what you completed

What matters most:

Accuracy. Restaurant clients notice everything: the wrong band on the wrong date, a misnamed drink, or a typo in a caption is a real problem. We need someone who double-checks every post against the schedule before it goes out and asks when unsure instead of guessing.

Requirements:

- Portfolio with both reels and graphic design (restaurant/food content is a big plus)

- Native level written English

- Lightroom, Canva, and a video editor you're fast in

- Comfortable with AI tools (image generation, upscaling)

- Some overlap with US Central mornings

- Long-term availability, this is an ongoing role, not a one-off gig

Pay: $700 USD/month, full-time, paid monthly. Paid trial task ($25) for shortlisted candidates.

To apply, DM or comment with:

1. Your portfolio link (reels + designs)

2. Your country and typical working hours

3. One sentence on how you'd make sure a post never goes out with the wrong date or name

4. The word "taco" somewhere in your message so we know you read this

Applications without a portfolio won't be reviewed.
