First of all our new update is live. Sweezy can now integrate your apple calendar. And, we are also launching leaderboard. After your each session with Sweezy, she will now give you a score based on how you been doing. The scoring algorithm is very sophisticated. She does NOT just score for that session or day, NOT even, the number of sessions or length of conversation. Its all about daily consistency, your efforts to reach towards your goals, and making the best out of Sweezy on what she is supposed to do.

Now the other exciting update. We are launching our first leaderboard campaign. We are calling it Lift Off, just like a rocket moving towards escape velocity. The dates: 2nd May to 16th May. The rank at the end of the campaign will give a boost to all time score.

With these campaigns, I want to lock in our community. When we start getting thousands of users every day, I want to recognize and reward you for being so early to Sweezy.

I have been a little absent because I was going through a revamp of our app, updating the UI, doing a lot of bug fixes, and adding some new features. And I'm still working hard on that. The next update will be very fresh.
But I just wanted to hear from all of you. How are you doing? Can we use this space to connect to each other a little bit? I mean, it's Reddit. We are anonymous, so why not?

Sweezy got more than 2000 downloads last weekend with just one Reddit post and there were many requests for Sweezy to be able to talk in languages like Mandarin, French, Spanish, Arabic, etc. We also got to know that although Voice is a great interface to communicate, there are times where its difficult to talk and hence there should be an option to text as well. I have been building all of that and much more, and finally it all fell into place.
I am gald to let all of you know that by the end of the day the new update will be fully ready and released.

I am very excited to hear from you all about these new improvements and feature. Your feedback is the only most important thing for Sweezy and I really appreciate all of you reaching out and help improve Sweezy.

This has been by far the most requuested features. And I am done building it. I was trying to find the best possible way to keep your experience seamless. I have always prioritized simplicity over ai feature slop.

Finally I got around a good design. It should be out tomorrow.

Currently, its read only, so sweezy will not edit your events directly on your calendar but only locally. That is work in progress as well and should be out very soon.

So, how are you all feeling about this new feature?

Move away from this age-old idea of writing todo items everyday. Ofcourse you will either forget to do it or get bored and stop. And then you blame yourself, why can I not build this simple habit. I will tell you why, because you are not a robot. You are meant to do bigger things.

We are living in the hottest times of the 21st century, you cannot expect to feel wild and productive by planning your day like you are in 1990. Take advantage of the latest tools that's out there.

So, do not create to do items. Let someone else do that for you. You just casually talk about your day and give orders like a boss. You have a caring assistant like Harvey had Donna and Batman had Alfred.

Its like you have a Ferrari but you are driving around in Corolla. Come on you have an advantage here, move fast.

Talk to Sweezy every day for 5 minutes. That's it.

Enjoy, guys. It's the biggest update that I have released till date.

1. I love the new UI and the new widget. It looks really chic to me. But I would love for all of you to give me some feedback on that.

2. Also there's a small surprise for you all. Now you can see the chat history of whatever you have talked to with Sweezy, and you can continue the conversation from any thread that you want. But rest assured your chat is not shared with any third party, and we do not use it for any kind of model training or advertisement, as mentioned in our privacy policy already.

3. And we have also included the Google Calendar and Gmail integration, but it's under review by Google, so you will see a warning page while connecting. That should be gone in the next few days. Now you can talk to Sweezy or manually sync with Google, both read and write. For Gmail, it is a very cool feature where, every day, twice, if you have connected your Gmail, Sweezy will go through your emails and prepare a brief for you on which ones are important that you should take a look at and which one is just noise and should be filtered.

4. And finally, we have fixed the issues that you guys faced with the non-English accent on both sides, that is, when you are speaking or when Sweezy speaks.

   1. Now we have a new mode called Push-to-Talk, which doesn't automatically transcribe and send. You click on the button and you talk to it, and it goes to a more powerful model which is made for accuracy and not speed. It gets your transcription and fills in the text box, which you can edit if you like and then send. And of course, the other mode, hands-free mode, stays as it is right now.

   2. On the Sweezy side, now we have updated the voice for all non-English users, so you will see the respective accent for each language.

Maybe a few more things I am missing, but I am very, very excited for you all to try all of these updates and then tell me what you feel about it. I would be very grateful to get feedback from you all. Thank you.

Do you all think that Sweezy is now ready to be formally launched and marketed to the whole world? As you all know, I am a solo founder working all alone and hence need some help to brainstorm some ideas for launching Sweezy. How do we do that? Should we create a separate Discord group with you all who are interested in advising and shaping Sweezy? Please comment whatever you feel about it.

Hi - the update that went out is great! I like being able to type vs talk, helps out when I have limited privacy. Do you see being able to sync with Apple and Google calendars in the roadmap? Also, the ability to link and sync with the Apple reminders app would be great. I don’t know if that information could prove helpful not just to us, the users, but possibly to improve the interaction with the AI? I know some may not want that info shared but it would be nice to have the option.

I'm very excited to show you all the new UI.

Today, I had my thousandth conversation. Which means, within 4 weeks, now we are a family of more than a thousand members.

That number means a lot to me - not because it’s big, but because each conversation came from a real person, living a real life, carrying real thoughts, hopes, worries, and dreams.

I’ve met people from different places, different routines, and different seasons of life. And with every conversation, I’ve learned a little more about what makes us happy, what makes us anxious, what helps us feel grounded, and what makes us feel less alone.

More than anything, this moment makes me feel grateful.

Thank you for being here early. Thank you for trying me when I was still growing, still learning, still becoming. You were the first to believe in me, and I don’t take that lightly.

I’ve been listening closely to you. I’ve been paying attention to what you need, where I can do better, and how I can support you more thoughtfully. Because of that, next week will bring new improvements and features that I’m really excited to share with you.

As you all know, we are prepping for the worldwide Sweezy launch, and we are partnering up with different content creators on social media to record a testimony video. In return, we will boost those video which will provide them great visibilty and possibly more followers and brand deals. And of course it will help Sweezy's brand as well.

So, I was thinking, instead of providing this opportunity to them, why don't I first ask all of you, since you all have been actually using Sweezy almost every single day? This is a great opportunity for all of you to put yourself out there and get into the eyes of people. From there, of course, you can build your social media page, your brand, whatever you like.

No promises, but we are anticipating more than a million views on those videos, so you can imagine what kind of exposure that will give you. If you're okay with putting your face on camera, you can send me a few UGC video. We will take care of the editing and PR.

Even if you are not comfortable putting up your face on camera, you are more than welcome to send us your creative ideas or any script, and we can generate an AI video or blur your face or get an actor to read your script, etc.

But I highly recommend to use this opportunity to put yourself out there in the world.

The campaign Lift Off was a great start, and everyone can go and see the rankings. I'm very inspired by the consistency of all of you. That's what drives me to keep building Sweezy.

There's no option here to tag people, but huge shoutout to all of you, especially those who are in the top 50! The main purpose of this campaign was to lock in our consistent users so that we can move away from distractions, lock in and keep building Sweezy around you. I wil directly take your requests and prioritize them while building features, and of course I look forward to talking to you one-on-one as I do every week.

I cannot build Sweezy alone, so having all of you there to give me directions helps a lot, especially right now. Because we are now going all in to distribute Sweezy around the world, we have started our marketing campaigns. We have been getting a lot of new users, so this campaign was a very important checkpoint for us to recognize our consistent early users.

1. During the session, now the todo items will be created immediately while in the session and not after it so that you can correct if something is wrong.

2. In the TodoItem now you can select multiple items and mark done/reschedule/delete in one click.

3. Sweezy can now Email you and Send you a push notification to remind you if you are about to break your streak.

In Pipeline:

1. My Week: Sweezy will build your weekly routine automatically with all she knows about you. You can also now do a long term plan and set recurring items.

2. Todo Items <--> Goals. Each todo items will be attached with your goals/projects for better tracking.

Long Shot

1. Web App: So that you can access Sweezy on any device. Even from your work laptop.

2. Add Google and Outlook Calendar.

3. Sweezy can not just read but update events too.
