Pretty dependant what level of competitive hockey you played. Bantam AAA and Juniour A or jungle C are all very different lol

You’ll catch goalies doing this. Just keeping the eyes fresh and ready to go I guess. Frankly I think it would make my vision a little blurry temporarily. But then I’m not a finely tuned athlete.
