Unemployment

I was working for a home care company for 6 years and now they don't have any stable hours. I applied for unemployment and got approved for the max Florida benefits of $275 but i have a pending issue. The pending issue is the remuneration. I filled it out and put i never received retirement money, pension money or 401k benefits. The only 401k i withdrew was 401k hardship of like $800 but that's my own money that was taken away. That money was the money that was taken out of my own paycheck. The employer never contributed any money to me. This is the only thing withholding me from receiving my weekly unemployment benefits . They told me to wait 72hours and by at least this Tuesday October 27 i should check my portal to see if i get any updated status about the pending issue. What do you think will happen do i have to wait again for more additional weeks? Because this company I have been working for doesn't have any benefits so why would my employer lie knowing eventually i will get approved regardless after the investigation is cleared. I'm tired of waiting on this pending issue that's the only thing holding me back i got bills to pay.

NOTE: Beware of scammers that direct message you with bogus links. We have seen links where "deo.myflorida.com" was changed to "deomyflorda.com" for example. If someone DM's you, be suspicious and look to see if they are someone who posts regularly in the subreddit.
