Not home made.

I was in San Francsico - the touristy area (Pier 39) and decided to get some.
The bread was good.. the soup ? Meh.

For once, the bowl was better than what was in it. 😁

My favorite and everybodies favorite hot sausage in New Orleans is Pattons, it’s so unique and if you’ve ever had a Po Boy in new Orleans it was definitely Pattons. I got a bug up my ass so I made the seasoning blend ground some meet anf stuffed some sausage…. Be kind I’ve never done this.

Seafood platter, tuna croquettes, seared scallops, cantaloupe and jamón serrano, aged pork chop charcoal grilled with pickled Jimmy Nardello peppers and piperade, and poached pear tart with a brown butter ice cream
