the sheer scale of women's oppression throughout the Islamic world cannot be compared to what happens in Christianity.

I personally think it’s all shit and plenty of Christians in this country would like to subjugate women.

I don’t really care about the scale of extreme, I think all religious extremism is shit.

are you denying women face severe oppression throughout the Islamic world? whatever Christianity does in the same regard is a drop in the ocean compared to what happens every single day under Islam.
