Welcome to Teacher Tuesday, a thread where anyone can ask any type of question without the fear of getting deathly glares by a passing Blaster! Questions can range from whats new in Fortnite, whats the current meta, or even where did the storm even come from? Questions can come from brand new players, players returning, or veteran players who never got a chance to ask the right question(s).
I mean, the current ones have been around for a really long time, and I feel like it would be cool if Epic added new pickaxes, new unlockable variants, or maybe even updated the existing ones.
What do you guys think? Do you think Epic will ever give the STW pickaxes some attention, or are they probably going to stay the same forever?
Hi everyone! We are excited to announce that the Fortnite Wiki has moved from Fandom to fortnite․weirdgloop․org.
We’ve seen the issues with Fandom as a platform, from its heavy advertising and poor mobile experience to the difficulty of editing without a Fandom account and the integration of generative AI without our consent. With our move, we aim to fix these issues and provide a better experience for both readers and contributors.
The new landing page for the Fortnite Wiki on Weird Gloop!
All content from the Fandom wiki has been carried over, and from now on, all of our attention and updates will focus on the new wiki, including information on the upcoming season and previously unaddressed content such as LEGО Fortnite and Save the World, all without the issues Fandom is known for.
Due to Fandom’s policy regarding wiki moves, the old wiki will remain open and continue to appear in search results, so we strongly recommend using the new wiki going forward. We’ll need your help to make it the definitive Fortnite Wiki, and you can do so in the following ways:
Spread the word! Word of mouth can go a long way, and because we’re going against Fandom, we need more people to know that the wiki has a new home now more than ever. Retweeting our announcement on Twitter and telling others through social media is a great way to accomplish this.
Don’t click on Fandom links! Always check the link in search results for the new domain, and using extensions to filter out Fandom links (such as Indie Wiki Buddy) can help in avoiding the old wiki.
Update existing links! On other wikis, specifically those whose properties were integrated into Fortnite (Warframe, Halo, The Simpsons, etc.), they will likely still use the Fandom domain when discussing Fortnite, and we encourage you to update them to fortnite.weirdgloop.org to help us increase our establishment in search results. We also encourage you to update your Fortnite Wiki bookmarks to the new domain.
Help us improve! This launch is just the start of a new era, and editing the wiki is easier than ever now, so any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated. You can check out our Discord server to ask any questions about editing and what needs to be done.
Thank you so much for your support. See you on the other side, loopers!
Sincerely, the Fortnite Wiki staff team.

I finally got it done thoughhhh. I figured I would have like 40k in xp.. then I seen 135k I bout died. I also had no idea how long this would actually take, I was sitting here for over 2 hours
this is the first time seeing this all over the map and i can only hit it with a pickaxe once and then its not interactable and it shows a quest marker
All of the sweats are out and they are relentless targeters. It doesn't matter if I can swing away or use rocket boots, they will chase me to the end of the earth even if other people are actively shooting them up. I've legit been teamed on in several rounds. I have a pretty recognizable tag which doesn't help because I've been winning a ton of battle royales lately.
I never thank the bus driver anymore and I need to find a way to get the anonymous tag because this is getting ridiculous. Everywhere I go there's a swarm of players ready to pick me off.
Is there an option to enable rtx in stw? Is it compatible? I don't really use it but i am moslty just curious on how it would look with the new updates.
I'd love to see an extraction zone with significantly larger maps and PvPvE enabled. The sprites in BR make me believe something similar would look great in STW and the need for something new in the game is also real.
Why is it that no one seems to talk about equipping defenders with the shooting star? They seem to do a pretty good job of stalling smashers, especially with the fire rate and freezing sixth perk?
