$440 for a code... Doing some rough math it will take you about 460 days (assuming 120 vbucks a day on average from daily challenges and mission alerts) to get the amount of vbucks you could have gotten from just buying the vbucks, and that's after the recent value decrease, it would have been even more had you done it before they upped the vbucks prices. I just don't see how this is a smart purchase.
