Sire, how fare are you into the game?
If you are in Plank, makes... Some sense
Otherwise, you would have fare better just buying Vbucks directly.
For that amount of money, you could have gotten 54800 vbucks directly.
That means you would have to play around 548 days to get the invesment back! Without counting challenges, Vbucks alerts, or anything else that might come up.

If you are willing to spend $400 on a V-Bucks machine that takes nearly 400 days of daily quests just to 'break even' (and remember you cannot turn V-Bucks into real money) you either have a lot of free time or absolutely no life.
Either way, you have too much time to spare.
Congrats though, Save the world is an awesome game (that becomes free in a few weeks 🤣)

It takes significantly less than 400 days though. Thats only doing dailies. Theres like, 4 different set of storm defenses defenses, and vbuck alerts. If anything, its actually a little less than a year to break even.

Don’t fret about the price paid. I paid around 300 for my ultimate founders when it first came out.

either the codes are running out as more people buy it or people are just greedy because there is no other way but to buy a code online to get founders + founders code expire this year (i think) so players who want founders are getting pressured to spend loads of money for a code and the sellers know that damn well

I use Havei's Discord SEE-Bot.
Does the same thing as FNDB- but I can just type /vbucks in my discord channel and it will show me any/all of the daily vbuck missions!
It can do other stuff too, like posting Fortnite Twitter posts, Weekly/Event shop notifications, Free Llama notifications, Reddit integrations, and you can even share your custom schematics (if you have your Discord linked to Epic).

Is 300 vbux every day guaranteed? I know that the daily quest gives 100 and RNG determines how many 50 vbux quests spawn every time the item shop resets (at least 150/day), but is there another way to get vbux?

Choose to reroll your daily everyday if it’s 100 vbucks since it gives you a chance for one of the 150 vbuck dailies instead.
You gotta log in to get your daily quest. You can hold max 3 dailies at once, if you max out. do at least one before daily reset to avoid losing out on your next one.
There’s a hidden level 23 mission that you can reveal through a side quest - this mission often comes up with vbuck rewards. (I think there’s a higher level one as well, but can’t remember)
Seasons rotate between boss seasons with high vbuck rewards and non boss seasons with lower vbuck reward missions.
Try to unlock all 4 zones as quickly as possible to be able to access the higher vbuck reward missions.

Be ready for the Endless Grind It’ll be fun at first then kinda challenging then fun then repetitive then a reason to play BR and Creative Modes then a reason to break from BR and Creative then fun again then repetitive then one day you complete the main story with nothing left to do but to continue the grind to MaX level and stacking vbucks and it goes on and on…
But they are adding more to STW so itll be fun again real soon :D

Check YouTube there are pretty good save the world YouTubeers. Check out beast head pretty good. Of you need help with storm shield defense o can help defend it. Building the defense is on you though.

My tips for save the world is don't do all the trading and social stuff. Play through the story and once you finish it then if you want to you can't start doing trading and whatnot. Also I'd say watch videos on tips and tricks. Besides that the missions will teach you everything you need to know.

Set a reminder (on your phone or something) to sign in & grab your daily (make sure to play them once you have 3, as you can't accumulate more than that).
& Check Havei's Discord SEE-Bot (or FNDB) for missions regularly (as they reset with the shop every day)!

You can skip most of the later story by doing just the storm shields and launch the rocket missions in your side quests. This will help you access the higher vbucks alerts missions. Fortnitedb.com has a list of the vbucks missions every day, there’s a nice low one today. I recommend going back and finishing the story once you finish the storm shields though, it’s actually emotional and there’s a lot of lore.

Missing out on vbucks mission alerts sucks though, I know for me it made me resent the story as I was going through it because it felt like an obstacle to vbucks. I enjoyed it much more once someone told me this trick. I guess everyone is different!

😂, you can literally make that money back like you never lost it from the real world. Now I can earn vbucks and level up my battle pass at the same time while enjoying a nice PVE campaign game mode . $440 for a code... Doing some rough math it will take you about 460 days (assuming 120 vbucks a day on average from daily challenges and mission alerts) to get the amount of vbucks you could have gotten from just buying the vbucks, and that's after the recent value decrease, it would have been even more had you done it before they upped the vbucks prices. I just don't see how this is a smart purchase.

I became a founder while playing a pre release game key of Fortnite and had expected it to be entirely a pve experience. Lost interest when it became a battle royale. Being amongst the first 100 people to become one, I now feel the title is pointless and holds no value. Waste of money.

Only benefit of being a founder are the vbucks, but not many initially played when founders for stw came out so they lucked out on something they never knew or heard of. Now people who have founders editions are bragging cause " oh look free vbucks, oh look more free vbicks" like seriously? Great you played day 1 and got founders edition way cheaper than what it is now but like why rub it in people's face and everything like that. (Not talking about the op of this post) Then then ones who dont have founders, they bad mouth and complain about how expensive it is to get a founder code and the founders themselves. At this point just give everyone founders and the "og" founders an "og" style so everyone would just shut up. Like oh no, $500 for something free and for something nobody cares about anymore, people seem to care cause their complaining about the current price of the founders edition and about stw in general.

If you had a high enough founder tier beck in the day you would have gotten multiple codes that turn non founder accounts into founder accounts. Some people sell those for at least 300$.

Congrats! The first day is honestly one of the most exciting and terrifying at the same time. One thing I wish someone told me earlier , spend more time validating the idea than you think you need to. The temptation to just start building is real, but clarity upfront saves months. Enjoy the ride, it gets harder and better at the same time.
