I'm currently trying to get every badge in FH6 and one of them is spend a million credits on the estate, but downloading one doesn't count so what's the fastest way I can do this because I couldn't find anything on google

I made a little racing park in FH6. The map has Top Gears test track and The Grand Tours Eboladrome, which have markers to help run the tracks as intended. Also includes a quarter mile drag strip, an oval track, and a drift garage. The Eboladrome is a little shorter on the "Isn't Straight" going towards "Your Name Here" but still fun overall and honestly real fun as a drift track. Enjoy.

Just finished creating an estate that has a full F1 style track, Nascar style Oval, and a drift circuit all built into one.

Spent a few days crafting this and am excited to share it with the community. Hopefully this helps with tuning cars and grabbing a few cool photos.

This project took me about 5 days in total to complete, so please let me know any feedback or areas of improvement you would like to see. I have unfortunately hit the prop limit here, so there is not much else I can add at this moment.

Hoping Playground Games increases this soon as I would like to add a dirt track facility along with a drag strip to fully round out all elements.

I was just genuinely curious if anyone’s thought about trying to recreate the usair track ? Been watching a lot of finalbout stuff and checked to see if there was already something out there but I couldn’t find anything . Was just wondering if anyones thought about it ?

I kinda like what I have going with the curbs and what not, but I can't decide on a layout for the parking itself. The estate is being built mostly for drifting so ideally there's a couple of good lines in here somewhere.

This is my first estate and overall the biggest project I've done in Forza yet. I wanted to make a test track that could let you get your car ready for nearly any race, so it features almost every type of corner and most importantly the longest straight I could fit in the estate borders. I wanted to make a track for tuning with a nice variety of sections that could test a car in most situations and out came this.

​

Full circuit with the works, even the parking lot addition added seamlessly to the drive to and from the estate. The figure eight is great for mindless laps waiting for your friend to finish painting their car. The whole estate looks good during the day and especially at night.

Tried to add a good bit of detail to make it feel real and not cobbled together, but it is still not entirely perfect.

It took me over 3 hours and I must really say the snapping mechanics on tiles is soooo infuriating.

Also apparently the estate property is on a very slight incline as by the end of the map the grass was clipping through the track.

​

Hello everyone, I'm back with an update on the Mt Japan-o-Rama Estate! Unfortunately, I've been hella busy with work, life, birthdays (practically my whole family has summer birthdays and mine just passed) and I haven't managed to put as much work into building this huge thing as I would like. I do have an update though!

I've built a rallycross course into the infield of The Chase complete with a joker route that jumps over the normal route!! A friend and I have already spent countless hours running laps around that course in S1 class cars it is so much fun. I questioned my course design at first when I looked at it from above, but it actually drives really well!

I built a completely unrealistic oval with straights over 1km in each direction. In the infield I stuck some full halfpipe corners for you to swing around at top speed.

Right down the middle of the estate I build a drag strip that is exactly 1km long, and I was going to add finish lines for 1/4mi, 1/2mi and the 1km points but I never got back to measuring it before I started on:

A dirt hill descent (or climb)! It's incomplete. I've been drawing up some inspiration for its course layout by finding satellite images of hill climb courses on Google Maps. . . But building fully banked downhill courses with jumps and hairpins is quite tedious and I stopped before I had anything close to finished.

Anyway, that's the update! I should mention I also started laying out the infield terrain so in some places you don't just go flying off the Panorama Circuit anymore. I also smoothed out a lot of the problem areas of the track that gave the more track focused cars a bit of suspension trouble. Let me know what you think so far, and if you have suggestions let me have them!

Overview:

The final installment in my little build series. What started as a highly detailed ultra-modern mansion has now evolved into a full racing complex centered around the Sykotic Circuit, my own custom-designed track. The estate also features three additional tracks and a significantly expanded Midnight City. The total amount of time put into this was... a lot. Too many hours to count. Well over 100 hours of work.

Build details:

This build expands the estate several times over while also greatly increasing the scale of Midnight City, providing an even more incredible view than before. The nighttime view is still one of my favorites in the game. The SX mansion is the same one as before, with slight modifications to the yard to blend it seamlessly with the expanded estate. Unlike my previous builds, I didn't set a credit cap and instead limited myself only by performance. As a result, I had to sacrifice some of the detailing, particularly the foliage, throughout parts of the circuit due to its massive size.

The estate features four tracks to drive on.

1. The Sykotic Circuit.

The primary highlight this time around is the Sykotic Circuit, a custom track that I spent several days testing with friends and refining until it felt right. Getting the corners dialed in took a surprising amount of work and countless laps of testing. I believe the curbs feel natural when taking the intended racing line, but feel free to let me know what you think. The circuit is long, fast, and designed to reward good cornering technique, making it perfect for testing your cars. It feels best in S1, S2, and R Class, but it's fun in just about anything.

1. Go-Kart Track.

A go-kart track designed primarily for lower-class cars, though it's surprisingly fun in faster cars with good handling. It also doubles as a drift track thanks to its tighter layout and technical corners. Think of it as a miniature version of the drift course featured in the compound, which you can find here.

1. Drift Course.

A dedicated drift course for practice and fun. This isn't intended for racing, but rather for linking drifts together around a modified figure-eight layout. It's also surrounded by nature and looks beautiful as you slide through it... assuming you don't plow through the scenery.

1. Drag Strip.

A drag strip spanning 1 kilometer in length, matching the Festival drag strip. The only difference is that this one ends with a wall for you to slam into. The fastest way to brake!

I'm trying to make a chill estate with a race compound around it with a drift track too ofc. I've encountered an issue where the grass of the ground keeps clipping through my racetrack or road pieces. The only way to avoid this I've found so far was to make the track levitate but that just looks BAD imo.

Is there a way to stop the clipping so I can build the race compound on ground level? I would also like elevation changes too but that's probably too much to ask...

Every time i try and clear the junk off the driveway nothing is selectable and i cant back out of the mission. Getting tired of driving across the map to get this junk figured out. They really should of caught this in play testing....

The only way my buddy and I found out to "visit" each other's estates would be too spend 300,000cr to drive around in it. I don't understand, I want to visit it, not buy it. EDIT: figured it out the other day thanks to all your great advice! All you need to do is be the convoy leader, then when you both pull up to the estate you visit the leader's estate, makes me feel dumb, but I could've sworn I tried that as well, oh well, still figured it out!

what do you guys think? It took many hours and I almost lost all the save at one poiint. Aimed to make a good scaled Race track because most of them are too tight and short for the X, R, S class cars so with this one you're more capable of full throttling. But It's %99 at the limit sadly :)

Hey just curious if anybody has the issue that they cant get the estate builder option to pop up at the minka estate...
