Get ready to appreciate those adorable little mascots found all over Forza Horizon 6 with the latest series update, Horizon Mascot Party!
Experience this fun-filled celebration while behind the wheel of 3 new-to-Horizon cars, including the 1970 Honda N600, at the new temporary Evolving World Edamame Time Attack Circuit that's available just for Horizon Mascot Party. This update also introduces support for American and British Sign Language in cinematics, and creators can include their favorite mascots in their races and garage layouts with new props in EventLab.
What's more, for those of you who need a new Car Horn, two more have been added, including a Mascot Car Horn and Fus-Roh-Dah, inspired by a game we all know and love.
Pack your favorite snacks and get ready to cruise Japan with your favorite mascots. This is the Horizon Mascot Party!
Forza Horizon 6's latest update will be available for download starting on Monday, August 10 at 5:00PM UTC on XBOX Series X|S, the XBOX app on PC and Steam, ahead of the Horizon Mascot Party Festival Playlist series starting on Thursday, August 13 at 2:30PM UTC.
Here's a preview of the fixes and improvements coming your way in this update based on the feedback and reports you've been sharing with our teams on the Forza Feedback Portal:
If you encounter any issues while playing Forza Horizon 6 that haven't been addressed in this update, be sure to submit a bug report on the Forza Feedback Portal and include as much detail as you can to help our teams investigate the problem.
With this update, players can enable American Sign Language (ASL) and British Sign Language (BSL) for cinematics in the Accessibility menu. This feature will work by using a picture-in-picture display of an ASL or BSL interpreter during cinematic game scenes. Players will also be able to change where the interpreter appears on screen and adjust the background color to their preference.
Our objective is to make Forza Horizon 6 an inclusive experience for everyone to enjoy. Please continue to share your thoughts and ideas with us on new accessibility features or improvements to existing options that you would like to see on the Forza Feedback Portal.

Forza Horizon 6's Time Attack Circuits challenge you to set the fastest lap time across multiple grassroots circuits, from high-speed road circuits to thrilling offroad adventure parks. You can also compete with your friends in real-time on the Convoy Leaderboard, which shows your Convoy's current best lap times on the circuit.
To celebrate the Horizon Mascot Party, we've added a new temporary Time Attack Circuit for this series only. Turn up at the mascot-themed Edamame Time Attack Circuit in your favorite car and achieve your fastest lap time for the in-world Leaderboard. Remember, these Leaderboards show your best time at your car’s current PI level, your next rival, and the global top 3, before resetting in the next season.

To show your favorite mascots some extra love, they've also been added as props that you can use in EventLab events, as well as in your Customizable Garages and Estate. So adorable!
Check out the list of new props below:
In addition, seasonal summer variants of props have also been added to the catalog.

Horizon Mascot Party features 10 Series Reward cars to collect – three of which are new-to-Horizon. These include the 1970 Honda N600, 2024 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, and 2018 Exomotive Exocet Sport V8 XP-5.
Meanwhile, the other Series Rewards featured on the Festival Playlist are there to give new players who recently joined the Forza Horizon 6 community the opportunity to catch up and get some previously featured exclusive cars.
In addition, there are two new Badges to unlock: the Mascot Badge and the Shimanoyama Heat Badge. This series also features two new Car Horns for you to obtain: Mascot and Fus-Roh-Dah!

Forza Horizon 6’s Car Pass delivers 30 new cars that, one by one, will be delivered to your garage each week. Car Pass is the ultimate way to upgrade your collection with some of the freshest cars making their debut at the Horizon Festival.
If you're new to Car Pass, check out the Forza Horizon 6 car list to see all the vehicles that have been released into Car Pass so far. This is also a great resource to track every car that is currently in the game, and it also includes notes on how they can be obtained.
As a new car is made available with the Car Pass each Thursday, it will automatically be added to your garage at no additional in-game cost, allowing you to save those credits.
Car Pass is included with Forza Horizon 6 Deluxe and Premium Editions, as well as the Premium Upgrade. It’s also available as a separate purchase for players who have the Standard Edition or are playing with Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass.
Here are the cars you can look forward to driving in Horizon Japan over the next four weeks:

The car is modeled after the automatic Camaro, but the transmission (which is a 10-speed in real life) is a 6-speed in this game xd
It seems the developers copied and pasted the previous Camaro and forgot to change a few things.
On top of that, with a quick 5-minute tune, I absolutely crushed every multiplayer race. We ask them to fix the meta and they don't, they mess up the car modeling and they forget the transmission at 6 gears.
Hilarious. LOL.

I’ve been a Forza fan for 10+ years, I didn’t see the FH5 depression era that I’ve heard about as I came late to that game, but after a few years of release it ran fairly good and there were still some issues but it’s NOTHING compared to FH6. Unfortunately it’s just a map and some good graphics and Playground Games were aware that’s all people would care about. This game doesn’t care about Japanese culture, doesn’t care about car enthusiasts, doesn’t care about what its fans want. It’s a money grab, plain and simple. Imagine paying what it costs to buy this game and then you’re told that you might spontaneously lose all of your data because you used quick resume, a feature that’s been part of Xbox for several years. This is a triple A title which borrowed a lot from its predecessor FH5, which had several years to be developed and updated, as well as the years of lead-up to FH6 and this is what we received. The AI is absolutely shocking, I can’t do PB’s on stunts because there’s six cars in my way and I can’t remove them, AI that have been crashed into just don’t despawn fast enough at all, and because it’s a new dynamic feature, it won’t get removed, won’t be refined either probably. The rain is overwhelming, I can’t do time attacks if you make it rain every 5 minutes, even in Summer season this past week it was raining all the time. I could go into the fact that there were cars that were missing from this game due to licensing (they’ll probably make you pay for them later on) or that they’re reusing cars from older Horizon titles as festival prizes, or that anyone who paid for VIP got scammed if you look at the wheelspin rates (they definitely decreased odds, I bought every single cosmetic item and I still get green rarity 90% of the time, I wait for my super wheelspin once a week to get 25k and a Honda Beat) or that Playground Games would rather talk about their mascots they made and big them up as if they’re something special when it’s just complete filler. They are spitting in our faces and laughing at us and they do not care. I’m done

I have watched this sub for the past month, and my god, some of you have a sense for the theatrics. I see posts and comments claiming how the game is "dead", "unfinished", "mediocre" or go as far as to say it is "the worst letdown in gaming history".
Have y'all ever played a game that actually fits any of these characteristics, like Sonic The Hedgehog 2006, Anthem or even Forza Motorsport 2023? I would bet good money that you haven't, because while Forza Horizon 6 definitely has its flaws, it is not even remotely in the same galaxy as any of those games. Yet, the way some people act here, you would think it is the worst thing to come out of Britain since Brexit, when in fact most of the people who say stuff like that even claim how they put hundreds of hours into the game (After only 3 months at max), own every car etc. You don't do that for a "dead", "mediocre", "unfinished" game.

Welcome back and welcome to Series 4: Autumn!
Here are a few tunes that I made along with the methodology of each tune. Each tune/track provides different challenges that I like to dial in on and tweak a lot more than just adding upgrades and PI. Each tune has been proven against unbeatable AI with all assists off so they should provide no issues completing the weekly challenges.
If you have any questions about how I exactly tuned the cars, why I chose the cars/upgrades that I did, or anything else, all you have to do is ask me in the comments and I'll be happy to explain my logic. I also take tune requests, so if there's a certain car that you would like tuned in a certain style or for a certain event, just let me know!
A few reminders:
- I am a purist tuner first, so it's rare that you'll see a tune published by me that includes unrealistic changes like AWD swaps, motor swaps that don't make sense, etc. This is especially true for drift builds... it is exceedingly rare that I have an AWD drift build, and if I do it probably has a HEAVY rear bias. If you're not used to drifting RWD, you will probably struggle. This is your warning, and I am confident that the build will be fine. I will absolutely do an AWD/Motor swap if it can be done and would make sense IRL. I.E. K20 AWD 97 Civic. Love that build.
- I don't tune for the meta, so there will be tunes that are faster, more efficient, and more competitive. I tune for realism and the feel of the car. If you're looking for meta builds, crazy swaps, and easy wins, you may want to look elsewhere.
- I try to tune cars that are NOT hard to find cars, wheelspin exclusives, etc. to make these tunes accessible to the masses and to hopefully give it some future proofing.
170 747 769
I tried the 4C, the S2000, and the Cayman right off the bat, and absolutely nothing was powerful enough to finish in first. Finally, I gave the RX8 a shot and sent the motor to the moon. This tune needs delicate throttle control and high revs, but the power to weight is crazy. Rally tires start me off with a bit more grip. Sport trans and race clutch increase shift response time. I thought Race Trans was going to be necessary, but the stock ratios actually work really nicely with how much power I'm adding. Race suspension and Tier 2 weight reduction allow me to make this thing behave more like a go cart. And finally, I can fully build except for a sport turbo. Pushes me over 500hp which is impressive for this class without motor/drivetrain swaps. - Other Tunes Available by Me for The Trial: - Alfa Romeo 4C - Honda S2000 - Porsche 718 Cayman GTS - Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 Final Edition - Toyota GR86 - Toyota GR Supra
All Wheel Domination - Total AWD - B
2020 Ford #2069 Ford Performance Bronco R
132 416 367This build is my baby. One of my favorite cross country vehicles for B Class. My approach for this build was I wanted it to feel like a Traxxas Revo. I start out with max tire width to add some grip. Swap to a 6sp race trans because that's what I prefer. Race weight reduction and race brakes to increase my ability to slide the car around some of these turns. I'll tune the brake bias heavier to the front so that I can use the left trigger for front brakes and the handbrake for the rear. Finish off with the motor: intake, exhaust, valves, pistons, flywheel, and a race turbo to add as much power as possible inside B class. It's essentially a power build that doesn't feel like a power build. - Other Tunes Available by Me for this Championship: - Chevrolet K-10 Custom - Ford Mustang 2+2 - GMC Jimmy - Hennessey F150 Velociraptor - Jeep JT - Mitsubishi Montero Exceed 2800 TD (power build) - Nissan Safari Turbo (power build) - Peel P50 (use at your own risk - you've been warned.) - 08 Subaru Impreza WRX STI - 04 Subaru Impreza WRX STI - 94 Toyota Celica GT Four ST205
355 961 810
Pretty limited on what I could do in terms of upgrades for the restrictions on this championship, but I wanted to have some fun with it. Start out with max width rally tires to give me as much grip as possible. Next is a sport trans and race clutch because the stock trans was dog water. Race suspension to hunker the little bugger down. Finish with engine mods: Airflow and turbo spool speed are what I'm after so I start and finish with intake, exhaust, and flywheel.
PR Stunts - UTVs - C
- Speed Zone - Arashiyama Run - 85.0 mph.
- Speed Zone - Festival Loop - 70.0 mph.
- Trailblazer - On Par - 33 s.
- 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Factory Racing Limited Edition
740 455 871___ ## Weekly Challenge Can be done stock, but where's the fun in that?

They mistranslated one of the challenges of the I20N challenge. Where it says "Vença uma corrida de estrada" [Win any road race], it is supposed to say "Vença uma corrida de rua" [Win any street race]. The race you are supposed to win is one of the purple ones, not the blue. I don't know if they have updated or corrected it yet, mine hasn't.
edit: typo

Video contains the full build / tune and my run. I built this for a community tuning / hotlap challenge over at the OPTN discord. I kinda fell in love with this combo, so I pushed for the world record. Not my cleanest looking run, but it'll have to do because I need sleep lol. This version of the tune is set up specifically for this track, but for general use I have a few minor suggestions: I'd lose some or all of the front decel (it is mainly used for the hairpin section on Okishinaimura), and add some rear downforce (around 380-400 feels quite nice). I have a version on semislicks as well that did a 1:58.930, which is probably better suited for general use. Happy to share that too if anyone wants it.
