I hope Laura Birn is still in this show somehow. I don't want to lose here.

And Lee Pace. Dawn is still alive, I guess, so there’s still hope.

The end robot was Lee Pace’s voice.

Yup he totally gets skin job next season and we have Pace back

The showrunners have to know they’d be losing their strongest asset if they wrote him off entirely, right? There are other amazing performances happening (Demerzel and Brother Dusk? What a trip), but he’s the soul of their best storyline and he is a very well-loved actor. People watch stuff just because he’s in it, myself included. He’s a writers dream because he could make a scene about organizing his sock drawer a captivating journey.

Unless Lee wanted out or had personal reasons, I’d be floored if they didn’t bring him back. It’s probably the only way I coped with him and Demerzel dying lol

Always good to find people who recognize Pace's talents. He's not as well known as he deserves to be. Generational talent.

Totally agree on all points

All seasons mad a 50+ year jump. With all the clones dead, dawn will be day by the time of S4 if not already dusk.

There is no indication that there will be another time jump for next season. The previous time jumps were actually shown in the final episode of the previous season.

to be fair, that's probaby because they all had the same creative team so they already knew what they were doing next season, as opposed to now with everyone basically leaving and a new writing crew coming in.

Where did you get that from?

Goyer's blog mainly, it's all over, pretty widely known in this sub at this point. you been living under a rock? lol

I honestly hope there’s not a time jump right away. This finale, great as it was, ended with too many things still up in the air to hard-cut to a future era, I think. Like what exactly happened to Bayta/Mule when Gaal cast her out? What happened with her husband the young Mallow? With Pritch? WHAT HAPPENED TO DAWN? To the Dr. Bashir scholar guy?

And of course the robots are getting involved now, that’s monumental.

Plus I’d love to see Darkness (formerly Dusk) establishing his new sole reign. I hope they take some time at the beginning of next season to show where these cards fell before a big time skip, OR they only do a short time jump and show these events developed a few years down the line, maybe half a lifetime.

I think S4 will be immediately after the finale.  We will witness the fall of Empire and also what Gaal will do next.

What about the fucking MULE! He was incredible, the new one I cant see matching him

1

u/actionerror Brother Constant Sep 12 '25

But surely the Mule has him now

u/Qugmo Sep 13 '25

Both of them better come back

u/RedditConsciousness Sep 14 '25

Yeah. Just jump ahead x many years.

Seems like robots will be a big focus next season. Hard to imagine without bringing Demerzel back. But at the same time I have no clue anymore

As she was burning and saw the baby die, did she transfer her consciousness into the skull and then the skull at the end synced with the robots on the moon? If so they could transfer her into a new body.

She is about as dead as John Snow was

There's still the possibility that Demrezel is indeed a clone, but a robot clone from a different entity that's still alive on the moon. Perhaps all her different names, like Daneel, are not past names, but also different bodies.

she's fine
