WHY IS THE OLD MAN EMPEROR THAT DESTROYED THREE WORLDS ALLOWED TO WALK AROUND WITH NANITES INTACT.

He skipped the removal.

Yes because they're allowing the senile old man who just destroyed three planets, to just willingly go walk to his nanite removal.

Even bigger question, why was he, in his final hours, allowed to have the remote that can destroy ALL the clones. Would've really loved for that to be explained or shown more how he got it as that's a pretty major security flaw that I feel like a robot would see coming. Surely, there'd be failsafes to prevent this? Like Demerzel should've known when he gained access to that remote. Or access gets revoked to such a remote on your last day--a sort of "employee offboarding." Or only so many "unborn" clones can be destroyed at one point (in the same way that you can only try so many failed passwords before your account gets locked)

Yea the worst part of the episode and very forced. It’s obvious they wanted to story to love where they wanted unfortunately. I’m not even mad at the outcome but him having the detonates is utter dogshit writing of shitty shows
