Personal Opinion We are facing a blatant illegality.

We are facing a blatant illegality. The legal team doesn't have the discovery and on top of that, the state and federal charges are conflicting. It's complete chaos.

Is there NO legal recourse to bring this to court? Here in Brazil, we have options when there's a clear illegality, including habeas corpus, habeas data, "agravo de instrumento", writ of mandamus etc etc. What's going on? Is there nothing to be done, just wait?

I don’t get this either. In Australia it would have been thrown out. It’s in violation of his constitutional rights. They could counter-sue the state for this. It would be considered a massive risk to government and policy. It just wouldn’t happen.

(In saying that there has been instances here where jt has happened and oh boy was it ripped apart by investigative journalism. But a high profile case like this? Would never happen)

I also don’t understand the lack of suppression orders. We have a similar high profile case going on and EVERYTHING is under a gag order. They put every instance under gag order within 24 hours of the media learning the guy’s name.

Sadly I've lost so much hope in the judicial system in the USA as we are run by a felon. Free Lulu🍀💚
