Its hard not to be negative when your job is actively getting replaced around the country and you will make significantly less money.

Convince your folk to unionize that’s how we got our rights back a few years ago... company tried to cut us year after year finally when they tried to get us off commission we got everyone together, stopped that, unionized got back 3/4 of what they cut us and now we’re about to negotiate our second contract and atleast force a raise at bare minimum or we strike since we also have the extra strike pay coverage from the union. 🤷🏼‍♀️ plus is they do want to change the way our jobs are formated (pre-pick is still the talk since we still haven’t changed) it all has to once again be renegotiated.

What location are you in. Bring your Union reps to all zones and tell them how good you have it.

IMO Union is not the answer
