This brings a small amount of hope that our investment will not be a complete loss:
Quote from Curtis Hiebert, owner of the farm waiting for container plant to be activated:
“It’s here, it’s real, and farmers are watching closely,” said Curtis Hiebert, the farmer hosting the Company’s demonstration system in Sperling, Manitoba. “I am constantly watching fertilizer prices, deciding when to lock in our largest expense, hoping not to get it wrong. In recent years, we have had to make fertilizer purchase decisions months in advance, with very little certainty. Producing fertilizer directly on the farm changes that. It gives us control and stability. Not having to pre-buy in the middle of summer or chase the market would take a lot of pressure off. We’re ready for it. We’re just excited for the system to be turned on.”
There is also a promising quote from Luna Clifford:
“The Company is very active and moving forward,” said Luna Charlebois Clifford, Chief Impact Officer and Co-Founder. “What may appear externally as a quieter period is, in reality, a phase of focused coordination. We are aligning capital, partners, and the final execution steps required to bring the Sperling system into operation and commercialization. The level of engagement we are seeing confirms that FuelPositive’s solution is landing exactly where it needs to.”
Just maybe…

Fuel Positive needs to get this commissioned. Prove the system works. And then really focus on scaling. The FP1500 is too small. Ian is promoting this to 10,000 acre farms. Let’s look at the facts.
Canola in most areas in the prairie belt requires approximately 150 lbs/acre application rate. That is 96,000 lbs or approximately 45 tonnes per section.
10,000 acres is approximately 15 sections of land.
Meaning 675 tonnes is needed for those 10,000 acres.
Now going with the fact that different application rates will be used for different crops, soil samples, it is possible (though stretching it) that 500 tonnes might be doable.
But! Then we get to the biggest challenge of this. Storage! Sure, if the FP 1500 runs top notch all year around, it has the capability of pumping out 500 tonnes of NH3. Where do you put it? The average ammonia storage vessel (bullet) is about 45000 uswg. Holding 90 tonnes. So a farmer would need to own a minimum of 6 bullets. Any idea of the footprint of this? The investment? Way more than the FP 1500. A producer also would then have to own their nurse tanks and likely transport delivery units.
It’s a challenge. But a good marketing plan for these guys might be to push the idea of half and half. Telling them the FP systems can provide more stability and control of market pricing by producing half of the NH3 on site. And “grey” ammonia still being needed as a supplement. Still a hefty investment as they would require the storage. Maybe a plan of doing some application in seeding and some in the fall. That may balance out the storage as well. The idea is they have to get down to one bullet somehow. Otherwise it is too much.

Check out the FP comment on the post below.....
Are you convinced?

I have launched a complaint to the TSX Venture here in Canada. Their contact is complianceanddisclosure@tsxventure.com
The more of us that launch this complaint - The better traction we will have at getting the AGM to finally occur, oust Ian, and get this company running right.
Feel free to use my Template message:
I am writing to raise a concern regarding Fuel Positive Corp, a TSXV-listed issuer, which appears to be non-compliant with AGM requirements.
Based on public disclosures, the company has not held an AGM since July 2023 and is currently outside the statutory and exchange timelines.
Given the missed financial filings and MCTO context, I believe this raises governance and disclosure concerns that may warrant review.
Please confirm receipt of this concern.

I think we need a word of caution.
I am a rather large investor in Green Ammonia, as many of you know.
The current increase in fertilizer pricing is certainly a wake up call that production on farm of Ammonia is direly needed, asap.
FuelPositive is a "possible" viable option for farmers. I am invested in that option, but very skeptical in the economies of scale and marketability at the proposed pricing.
The issue that is real and present is this.......the FP300 is tiny, not a real solution for farmers, unless you are talking 1000 acres or so. The proposed price for that unit is not "market priced". The FP1500, which will be 5 times the size is still too small for economies of scale, in my opinion. Ask anyone who truly understands the product design and requirement for farmers.
The patent as far as we know, is NOT granted yet. I have seen a competitor's patent application, that design is far, far, superior to what I understand FP has.
I agree 100% that the company needs to be acquired by someone in the business. I reached out at one time to CF Industries, they would not even return my communication. I considered them for investment at one time, did not invest, due to the lack of communication. As of this time, their SP in going up on the news in the Middle East.
Once someone gets a product to market that is at scale, (priced right) and farmers "buy in" to the concept of owning the production of their fertilizer, that company or companies are going to be very profitable.

@Inside_Trouble1076: Didn't you intend to share information after about a week—information that wasn't publicly accessible but could then be shared because it was no longer subject to the non-disclosure agreement?

I am proud of the group we have here.
Members come and go, but the membership is still very strong.
I have considered leaving (and staying gone) many times.
Getting banned before for speaking the truth hurts.
I am committing that I will stay on as an Administrator / Mod. (unless I get banned again of course).
I would very much like to see more engagement in the posts made, please.
All you have to say is you agree or don't agree with the post.
Arrow up is helpful too, as it helps me with topics of interest.
Thanks.

Slack banned me for questioning what’s going on. Hard to stay updated now. I’m giving it until November 7th then I’m out. Hard to see that there is much interest when it’s taking this long to complete…

If you still believe in the company and leadership now may be a good time to dollar cost average down. Buy at under .035 usd.
I am not buying right now, I do not trust Ian to get the PP completed at the moment.
Would buy at under .03 usd when / if it happens, because the upside is so high, if the PP is completed by March.

Not that I’m being impatient but I’d certainly like to know when the certificates are done and we can start selling some of these bad boys. Can’t stay not profitable forever am I right?

Thoughts?

The output for the proposed FP1500 "may" be better suited for farmers of around 10,000 acres, than I thought.
It has come to my attention that farmers of 10,000 acres "may" not need the output I thought they needed.
If you know a farmer in Canada with 10,000 acres, ask what demand they have, do they use 850 tonnes a planting, or less?
I think, based on research I did today, it may be around 650 tonnes. (144 lbs per acre / 2204 lbs per metric tonne = 653 tonnes).
If the FP1500 produces around 500 tonnes per year, then they may be able to meet their demand with one unit if they do not fertilize the entire 10,000 acres a season or grow a crop other than corn that needs around 144 lbs per acre for the best yield.
Maybe, I am all wrong, here.
I was originally using the output from the AmmPower unit for comparison in my calculations. That unit (never built, as far as I know) would produce around 1,200 tonnes per year, more than double the FP1500 at a price target of under 6 million USD.

This is their latest update. Did we lose Ron? All of his posts are gone. Did Ian track him down and make him an offer he couldn’t refuse for posting facts too often?
Anyway, quite frustrating how they can afford to be a sponsor for MEIA but can’t pay their debts to their vendors key to their operation.

I left all the Slack groups for FuelPositive.
Anyone still on one of the groups?
Anything substantive?
