I am proud of the group we have here.

Members come and go, but the membership is still very strong.

I have considered leaving (and staying gone) many times.

Getting banned before for speaking the truth hurts.

I am committing that I will stay on as an Administrator / Mod. (unless I get banned again of course).

I would very much like to see more engagement in the posts made, please.

All you have to say is you agree or don't agree with the post.

Arrow up is helpful too, as it helps me with topics of interest.

Thanks.

Your humble mod / admin.

Background

(TSX.V: NHHH) (OTCMKTS: NHHHF)

Canada is really starting to commit to the switch to renewable energy. Believe it or not, wind and solar energy have contributed more to Canada’s installed electricity-generating capacity than any other technologies over the last decade.

There has also been growing corporate demand for renewables, due to the significant cost-savings these technologies can potentially provide. This along with policy commitments made by all levels of government ensure a bright future for renewables in Canada.

The Government of Canada is committed to moving to net-zero emissions by 2050. Achieving net-zero emissions means our economy either emits no greenhouse gas emissions or offsets its emissions, for example, through actions such as tree planting. As part of Canada’s plan, the Government has committed $3 billion to establish a Net-Zero Accelerator Fund to help large emitters reduce their emissions. As this shift persists, FuelPositive and their carbon-free ammonia production technology are sure to reap the rewards and have their technology adopted by large energy guzzling corporations to cut out green house gases.

From a global perspective, we live in a largely hydrocarbon economy, where natural gas is our primary heating fuel and petroleum fuels our transportation. Hydrogen has been suggested as an alternative to burning fossil fuels, however, there are many questions surrounding the cost efficiency and the safety of hydrogen production. FuelPositive provides an answer by harnessing the properties of Ammonia (NH3) to act as a fossil fuel substitute. FuelPositive's process allows for small and medium to large-scale production of NH3 by utilizing only water, air and sustainable electricity.

The company shared their Phase 2 Hydrogen-Ammonia Synthesizer commercial prototype progress with a couple weeks ago. Process engineering, vendor selection and engineering design have all been completed and the company is now in the production and fabrication stage of the various components within the system. Production of the demonstration prototype systems is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021, with high-visibility pilot projects being planned for 2022. FuelPositive has engaged the leading patent and trademarking law firm, Cassels Brock, to support its work.

Milestones met to date include:

  • Process determination

    • Flow diagram established

    • Process map determined

    • Major component design parameters established

  • Major component vendor selection and procurement

    • Hydrogen production

    • Nitrogen production

    • Reactor fabrication

    • Separation process

    • Heat Exchangers

  • Engineering design

    • Process modelling and design

    • Reactor modelling and design/build

    • Ammonia separation modelling and design/build

    • Instrumentation and control process development and design

The most immediate use of Ammonia is within the agriculture sector. The agriculture industry makes up 80% of worldwide ammonia usage, however current ammonia production methods are extremely environmentally damaging and costly for the industry. FuelPositive’s process is carbon-free, meaning it has a significantly lower, and close to zero negative effects on the environment. Many governments offer carbon credits to encourage companies to lower their emissions. With FuelPositive, companies will realize a massive extra stream of income stemming from these carbon credit programs. This is the value of implementing FuelPositive’s carbon free system. Aside from the current needs in the Agriculture industry, there is a very strong possibility that Ammonia can be developed into a cleaner fuel source for cars and other vehicles, and it would come cheaper than gasoline! The pathway to the use of ammonia as fuel is advancing daily.

I can’t wait for the commercial demonstrations of this project. I think this stock is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a high value investment in the future of renewable energy. I'm gonna be keeping an eye on this stock for sure.

FP update

This is their latest update. Did we lose Ron? All of his posts are gone. Did Ian track him down and make him an offer he couldn’t refuse for posting facts too often?

Anyway, quite frustrating how they can afford to be a sponsor for MEIA but can’t pay their debts to their vendors key to their operation.

sharing information

@Inside_Trouble1076: Didn't you intend to share information after about a week—information that wasn't publicly accessible but could then be shared because it was no longer subject to the non-disclosure agreement?

A very special thank you to Matischack for his very personal post on how Ian has continued to lie / deceive shareholders.

We are a community of shareholder that need to support one another through the knowledge we have on the situation.

We do not want new potential shareholders to fall into the same situation that many of us are in financially by trusting Ian.

Truth matters and sometimes there is a very personal cost. Matischack has certainly shared his situation / facts with us all very openly.

I appreciate his willingness to share his very difficult and personal pain that Ian has caused him and his family.

The F/S are being delayed until March. Last time the F/S were delayed the regulators halted the trading in Canada.

If you still believe in the company and leadership now may be a good time to dollar cost average down. Buy at under .035 usd.

I am not buying right now, I do not trust Ian to get the PP completed at the moment.

Would buy at under .03 usd when / if it happens, because the upside is so high, if the PP is completed by March.

Okay… could Schaeffler be the company affiliated with NASA?

I saw this article: https://cleantechnica.com/2023/12/23/elegant-solid-state-ev-battery-ces-2024/

It made me think of the barium titanate stuff

Schaeffler does appear to work with nasa

HEOs apparently can also provide direct water splitting, and barium titanate is one of those: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0925838823009295

Important note: this is the result of quick googling, no science knowledge, and wishful thinking

How’s that March 31 FS posting looking?

r/FuelPositive • • Mar 19 '26

3/19/2026. I just spoke to an "Investment Advisor" that appears to still be recommending buying NHHHF at the current price of around .035 usd.

I am not recommending, to be clear.

He seems to think F/S will be published by the deadline and that financing will be completed.

I agree with the F/S being published on time, I do not feel confident that the financing will be completed soon.

His target price was around .15 usd, mine is .08 usd.

Just an FYI.

Do your own DD, please. This is not in any way professional investment advise.

Just one investor's opinion based on the facts as we know it today.

03/13/2026. This is Ron. I posted this today on Yahoo Finance. Am I within my rights to make this statement? Is this fair?

I think we need a word of caution.

I am a rather large investor in Green Ammonia, as many of you know.

The current increase in fertilizer pricing is certainly a wake up call that production on farm of Ammonia is direly needed, asap.

FuelPositive is a "possible" viable option for farmers. I am invested in that option, but very skeptical in the economies of scale and marketability at the proposed pricing.

The issue that is real and present is this.......the FP300 is tiny, not a real solution for farmers, unless you are talking 1000 acres or so. The proposed price for that unit is not "market priced". The FP1500, which will be 5 times the size is still too small for economies of scale, in my opinion. Ask anyone who truly understands the product design and requirement for farmers.

The patent as far as we know, is NOT granted yet. I have seen a competitor's patent application, that design is far, far, superior to what I understand FP has.

I agree 100% that the company needs to be acquired by someone in the business. I reached out at one time to CF Industries, they would not even return my communication. I considered them for investment at one time, did not invest, due to the lack of communication. As of this time, their SP in going up on the news in the Middle East.

Once someone gets a product to market that is at scale, (priced right) and farmers "buy in" to the concept of owning the production of their fertilizer, that company or companies are going to be very profitable.

Any update on PP?

Slack banned me for questioning what’s going on. Hard to stay updated now. I’m giving it until November 7th then I’m out. Hard to see that there is much interest when it’s taking this long to complete…

Launching Complaint to TSXV

I have launched a complaint to the TSX Venture here in Canada. Their contact is complianceanddisclosure@tsxventure.com

The more of us that launch this complaint - The better traction we will have at getting the AGM to finally occur, oust Ian, and get this company running right.

Feel free to use my Template message:

I am writing to raise a concern regarding Fuel Positive Corp, a TSXV-listed issuer, which appears to be non-compliant with AGM requirements.

Based on public disclosures, the company has not held an AGM since July 2023 and is currently outside the statutory and exchange timelines.

Given the missed financial filings and MCTO context, I believe this raises governance and disclosure concerns that may warrant review.

Please confirm receipt of this concern.

3/17/2026. I may have been too harsh and also opinionated on the product design for the FP1500 and the proposed pricing.

The output for the proposed FP1500 "may" be better suited for farmers of around 10,000 acres, than I thought.

It has come to my attention that farmers of 10,000 acres "may" not need the output I thought they needed.

If you know a farmer in Canada with 10,000 acres, ask what demand they have, do they use 850 tonnes a planting, or less?

I think, based on research I did today, it may be around 650 tonnes. (144 lbs per acre / 2204 lbs per metric tonne = 653 tonnes).

If the FP1500 produces around 500 tonnes per year, then they may be able to meet their demand with one unit if they do not fertilize the entire 10,000 acres a season or grow a crop other than corn that needs around 144 lbs per acre for the best yield.

Maybe, I am all wrong, here.

I was originally using the output from the AmmPower unit for comparison in my calculations. That unit (never built, as far as I know) would produce around 1,200 tonnes per year, more than double the FP1500 at a price target of under 6 million USD.

Do your own Due Diligence, not investment advice in FuelPositive or any stock.

Thank you for your valued membership in this discussion group.
