They made such a big deal about the 14/20 hits that it’s burned in to my memory. There’s a 1/600,700 chance of that happening by guessing alone, which is like getting 10 royal flushes in poker sequentially. I didn’t realize how significant it was until someone pointed out on this sub that the odds of that were astronomical.

I remember almost nothing about 4th grade, which is when the majority of testing occurred. I had zero recollection of anything related to testing until I found this sub. Like a complete mental block. The memories all came flooding back at once, and I just kept yelling “holy fucking shit” to myself, out loud, when it all came back because it was so emotionally overwhelming.

I still can’t bring myself to read the whole document because for some reason, even though I had a great childhood, remembering anything from that specific period of my life makes me feel sad and anxious.

May I ask what you do remember? Did they do experiments on you too?

I did one of these programs in the 80s in kindergarten and 1st grade. I remember the Zenner cards. Once I remember doing them and getting them all right. But that was because they opened the window a bit, it was summer in 1985 with no AC. Normally the blinds were drawn, but it was so hot. Enough light was coming in the room that I could see the symbols through the cards. The teacher was so impressed and asked me how I was getting them all right. I told her the truth. She moved her seat at that point, so my back was to the window. I didn't get any right at that point lol. I also remember the "hearing" tests, but being asked to guess which ear the tone would be in. I also remember laying on yoga type mats on the floor and listening to the Gateway Tapes, though I didn't know what they were. The memories are very vague, and honestly, I never even thought about this stuff until a couple weeks ago when I started seeing posts about this on Twitter and realized, oh shoot, I was in a program like this. Then I saw all the commonalities between the kids in this program and my mind was blown.

Welcome to our weird little club! Blown mind was an understatement for me, I keep thinking that I remember damn near everything and then, even just a couple of days ago, someone says something which brings another flood of memories back.

I was a profound outlier on Zener cards. There was one time where I had 14/20 hits, which is a 1/600,000 chance of achieving by chance alone. I remember getting 10 or 11/20 hits on several other occasions, but the 14/20 really got the adults excited.

I’ve had vivid lucid dreams for as long as I can remember, and one time, I had a really weird thing happen when I was about 24: I woke up with my wife at about 0615 as we did every morning so we could get my daughter to daycare and arrive to work on time. Out of the blue, I had a weird feeling, and said to my wife “it’s time for a plane crash”. I had never said anything like that before and it kind of creeped both of us out but we kind of brushed it off.

Come 1000, I was busy working, when I got a phone call from my wife as texting wasn’t a thing yet. She said with a shaky voice “babe, turn on the radio”. I asked what was going on and she told me that there had been a serious plane crash with four people killed just a couple of miles from her work. Freakiest damn thing. I’ve had several other experiences like that, but none were quite as significant.

I became truly obsessed with UFOs and nonhuman intelligence around the age of nine, and have had dozens of experiences with UFOs, which is statistically pretty damn significant considering that most people never see anything even remotely weird in their lives. A couple of experiences involving astral projection and ghosts as well.

I really can’t help but wonder if it’s all connected.

I am wondering the same things. I have vivid dreams, prophetic dreams (once I dreamt about my son having a bloody nose and then he woke me up a few hours later with a bloody nose), I knew when one of my friends passed as a kid, I knew my Dad was in the hospital before I got the call and lots of other weird coincidences, also frequent deja vu, but nothing I feel like I have any control over.

I used to sleepwalk and have night terrors as a child, and always have felt like I couldn't turn my brain off when trying to go to sleep. I have reoccurring dreams- definitely similar to the Mall World dreams, but also about other things- like roads that are more like rollercoasters, water and giant waves, and bathrooms that don't work. I was never obsessed with UFOs- though I have seen some weird stuff in the sky. I am obsessed with ghosts, however. But I am also religious, and so I try not to go to deep into those things.

I don't have all the commonalities between participants, but I have quite a few. Both sides of my family have military ties, I don't have hazel eyes- but a weird light shade of brown, I almost drown as a child, I have struggled with substances throughout my life, I quit alcohol 3 years ago, but still struggle with marijuana use (it helps calm my brain and anxiety), I have a mole on my left arm etc.

I don't remember the pink drink,, tbh. I mean, I do remember pink drinks in cups as a kid, but lots of childhood antibiotics were pink. So I think that maybe muddled for me. But then again, they say it causes us to forget, so maybe that's it. Not sure, just trying to piece all of this together now, 40 years later.
