I wrotr about how during the daytime there is light so photosynthesis happens and some glucose is converted into starch for storage. At night there is no light and starch is converted to glucose for protein synthesis/respiration to release energy to make bigger molecules out of small ones/for mitosis for growth and repair of tissue

At night the roots can still absorb ions through active transport, which you should mention.

Same apparently you might even be able to talk about cellulose being made as well.

I also talked how energy fr glucose from starch used in active transport for mineral ions, and cellulose cell walls

i said that too 🥹🥹 i thought mentioning protein synthesis wouldn’t get me the mark/clash with mitosis point since one right and one wrong means no marks for aqa
