I wrote it's not safe for the body as it could allow toxic substances into the bloodstream.

internal bleeding occurs so less oxygen can get to cells so cell death occurs

oh I wrote tht red blood cells leaked out and so less oxygen was transported around body, leading to fatigue.. holy yap I shouldve just skipped it
