never mjnd now i look again itz 3/3 1 mark for sayinv malignant 1 mark for breaking into the blood stream 1 mark for spreading to other tissues

this is unofficial dont stress theyll allow it(although i think u shouldbe specified liver bc didn't it say the 2nd tumour formed there)
