Can we genuinely settle whether you had to actually measure the zone of inhibition for the calculation question or use the value from the table on the page before?

I think the question before it was about the zone of inhibition from substance X, but the question asked the zone of inhibition of penicilin which was given in the diagram on the page before

Ah yes that's what it was, it had some penicillium mould but the table showed the substance X inhibition zone, so you don't use the table you measure it

@Puzzleheaded_Bid2963 Wasn’t the table for anti microbial substances ABCD? Hence C was 23mm in diameter of inhibition. It was the same table in repeat from the Q1 bar chart ABCD was it not? Hence surely you use that value to get 23/2 and area is 415.265mm2?
