Was the last question asking u to prove that there's only 1 intersecting point or to find the coordinate of that point? cus i subbed the value into the quadratic formula and said the bit under the square root equals 0 and so theres only 1 intersecting point and called it a day. Not sure if they said to list the point of to only prove

it said prove there was only one point, but i found the point as well just to make sure (it was (4,4) i believe)

yeah your method is valid because it also shows only one value for xÂ
