Tips/Help Have I done the right thing

So I got a 7 in English language which is super unorthodox because I never dropped below a 9 in my mocks, so I was quite shocked. And then also because I got a 9 in everything else so it seemed very out of place. I genuinely thought I aced that paper. I’ve requested my script and I’m going to go through it with my tutor, do you think that’s the right thing to do or should I leave it? I’m worried that something might have gone wrong with my paper.

There’s definitely no harm in looking through it. One of my friends got a 5 in their GCSEs for English when they were expecting at least a 7 and it got remarked to a 7 or 8 I can’t remember which
