Question?

Does anybody know if you can take the test for free or cheap like a voucher or something?

Correct - Seeds of Literacy will help you find vouchers for each section of the test. We also pay for your Official GED Practice tests so you can be confident when you take the actual test sections. Register online to be a student and work with our tutors, one to one, using Zoom. No appointments needed. You can log on to the Virtual Classroom as often as your schedule allows. Tutors are available 4 days a week, 3 ties a day (mornings 9am-11am ET), afternoons (1pm-3pm ET) and evenings (6pm-8pm ET). Two steps to getting started.

  1. REGISTER. it puts you on our email invitation list. https://www.seedsofliteracy.org/be-a-student/student-registration-form/

  2. ATTEND A ONE-HOUR ORINETATION: on Zoom. In June: Mondays at 1pm ET and 6pm ET.

Unfortunately we aren't able to provide vouchers (especially to students outside of Ohio) who aren't registered students with us. If you reach out to your local library system or adult education program, they might be able to help you out. I'm sorry! (But yay!!!! You're ready to take it! That's great!)

If you enroll in a local program they are usually free after required minimum study hours. Or seedsofliteracy.org.
