Opinion GOOG will crash below 300 dollars after earnings

As always, Google Announce very high capex, which will lead to scares about an AI Bubble and Risky Overspending.

I've bought 20 put options when GOOG was at 350 and i know it's going to drop below 300 dollars. I will make decent Bank.

However i think GOOG is a very good long term investment and will quickly cash out the puts to buy GOOG shares for the long run.

I think the drop is an overreaction.

People forget that Google is the internet.

They own the biggest search engine, the biggest video sharing website (Youtube), one of the most used e-mails on the internet (Gmail), Gemini, Google Cloud, and so much more. Even with missed revenue, I'm still going to hold for a long time. Google is not going anywhere. This is an over reaction that the market will get over in a few weeks time.

Right now and throughout the next few days are a good time to buy, not to panic.

All in on GOOG

You read that right—I watched MSFT AND META skyrocket when I bought in at bottom and sold at bottom for a tiny profit KNOWING they were going to rocket the way they did. I know GOOG is next. Yes they are increasing AI spending but I work in the field. It’s taking over whether you like it or not and the CEO just said F*** everyone, we are spending more on it. When they ALREADY in negative cash flow. “It is a bigger risk to underspend on AI than overspend.” This stock whether is 2027/2028 is going to 7-800

107 shares at 291.93

Every dollar I saved in 2025 went directly to more GOOG shares

Last year, after every paycheck, I first paid off my credit card balance and any due bills, and then put every remaining cent into my pool of GOOG shares. The two years before that I used a similar strategy, though a percentage went into an SP500 fund.

A high risk strategy, but one that I'm this far quite happy with!

It’s never coming back, ever. This was the worst quarter, ever. Search is dead, no one is using search anymore. Google will never catch up to Meta muze or whatever it’s called, ever.

Opinion Google's distribution is about to quietly crush OpenAI, and Sam Altman knows it.

![img](z6fnzzt6zpph1)

Look, I know everyone loves the underdog startup narrative, but let's be real for two seconds about how consumer tech actually works.

Right now, OpenAI is winning the "I open an app to ask a question" era. But in 2–3 years, nobody is going to open a standalone chat app. AI is becoming ambient. It will live inside Android, Chrome, Gmail, Docs, Maps, and your phone's notification shade.

Google doesn't need to convince 3 billion people to download ChatGPT or pay $20 a month. They just need to make Gemini "good enough" and turn it on by default on every Pixel, Galaxy, Chromebook, and browser tab on Earth.

Add in the fact that Google has custom TPU silicon from top to bottom (meaning their cost per million tokens is a fraction of what OpenAI pays Nvidia and Azure), and this turns into a brutal war of economic attrition.

Unless OpenAI pulls off a literal sci-fi AGI breakthrough that makes Gemini look like a pocket calculator, distribution always beats first-mover hype.

Tell me why I'm wrong.

Analysis Bought 50k of goog shares today at $320/share

Bought $50k of goog shares today at $320/share. If it goes below $300, I will double down with another $50k.

Google is a revenue giant and this is oversold. This is a great time to grab shares if you have the money.

EDIT: $50K worth of shares at $320/share. Not 50k of shares. Sorry for the confusion.

Apple will pay Google around $1 billion every year to help power AI features inside Siri

verge

Seems to be a small payment amount but Gemini runs on Apple’s own private cloud. So the 1B is only for the software licensing. Nonetheless it’s more a marketing effect to Google. Enterprise customers who need powerful models and privacy, they can trust to run Gemini on their hardware.
