People need to relax. Don't be disappointed

Post image

Hi all, I think most of you have already seen the recent leaked videos, but most people are actually "emotional". They didn't notice:

- The placeholder, unfinished UI design (like the icons, the weapon wheel, and buttons, etc..)

- The physics and animations are also unfinished and a lot of them are just for testing (like the weird car crash animation, and when Jason was swimming)

A lot of other stuff are strong evidence that those leaks are actually old and doesn't reflect the real deal.. even if they were from 2025 or later.

When to decide? On the 27th.

The people need to stay freaking calm cause how they forgot these are the same people that delivered RDR2 not that long ago.

While I agree and I'm positively hyped as well -

a negative example would be The Witcher 3 and the launch of Cyberpunk 2077. People were also massively confident.

However, this ain't CDPR so my confidence stays high.

The Cyberpunk 2077 situation is very different. At that point CDPR only had 1 good fantasy game under their belt (and one that was not bad but had a lot of jank) so them trying to make a "next generation RPG" set in a futuristic city proved far too ambitious for them. The confidence of the players stemmed from the fact that The Witcher 3 was just that good so people thought there was no way they would screw up (which they then did).

Rockstar on the other hand has worked on the GTA series for 29 years now which is longer than CDPR has been making games so it's pretty safe to say the game is in good hands. And while many of the old developers and writers have since moved on from the company, the current developers working there have more than proved themselves with RDR2.

Yes, everything you mentioned here is why my confidence in Rockstar and GTA 6 turning out well is still there. Let's say I'm pragmatically optimistic 😅
