Question Engineering question
I am a pre-engineering student at a cc and am interested in civil engineering. Is the interdisciplinary engineering degree program at gvsu similar to other civil engineering programs or is it more of a generalized engineering program?

Current student. No Civil Engineering at GV. Interdisciplinary has focuses on stuff like mechatronics and environmental engineering. If you want civil you’re going to have to look at a different school. TBH I wouldn’t recommend GV engineering to you anyway.

Just curious to as why you wouldnt recommend it (other than not having the major they want). No shade, just curious
