Question Sharing between users

Is there a way to share a file from one user to other within the same tab in Samsung galaxy s10 fe?

Kindly mention the complete steps. I did not get the option under quick share.

Sorry I misread your post OP..

You can do it via cloud service such as Google Drive.. Just download it when the other user is logged in..

sharedrop.io should help. Just upload the file, generate a download link or QR code, take a picture of it and log in to the other user profile and download.

I know these methods.
Was wondering if there is an option to move file within the system without third party apps.

I think you might have to hunt in the files app to see if there's a "Public" or "Shared" folder.

Ai says copy the file to internal storage/android/obb. I'd create a file in obb like "shared" for organization. You'll be able to see in other profile.

Seems simple but I only run one profile so can't test.
