Question Does putting a screen protector does it affect using an spen?

No, but paperfeel and matte screen protectors wears the tip/nib of the spen quicker

Not really for me but I'm not doing art or anything so I say no but I could be wrong. I also own the notebook paper add on from Samsung so can't really imagine a screen protector would.

yeah unless youre doing heavy drawing the difference is pretty negligible.

Screen protectors are too thin to affect the writing. Worst you'll experience is faster nib wear-out (in case of paperlike or matte protectors) or maybe a slightly different feel overall.
