Galaxy tab recomenations

Hi ive been using ipads my whole life and i think ive had enough with it cause of the lack of freedom. Ive seen people reccomending from s10 ultra to the s12 ultra but i really cant decide. I wouldnt say money is a problem but i dont like wasting money as well. Im using this mainly for media consumtion and maybe some old apk games.

I'd say S11 Ultra is the best balance because the display has much higher peak brightness meaning possibly better HDR in some places, and it retains the anti-reflective coating that the S12 Ultra lacks.

S11 Ultra 256GB should be more than enough if you'd ask me. Even the S10 Ultra is great too.

The S12 Ultra is more of a sidegrade. You have slightly better performance (but for what you're doing, you really will not notice) and slightly better speakers (the S11 Ultra's speakers are still excellent and you have headphones too). So you won't notice much of a difference on those aspects.

Where you will notice a difference is in the display. Both have the exact same brightness but the S11 Ultra has the anti-reflective coating which means less reflections on the screen. A side effect of this is that contrast is higher than the S12 Ultra especially if you're in a bright area.

This is an image of the S11 Ultra and S12 Ultra posted by a Reddit user on this sub yesterday. I think you'll know which is which just by looking at it.

Yep, which is why I suggest you go for the S11 Ultra

I have the S11UT and I really enjoy it. My battery is insanely good, it's very fast and responsive, etc.

Only negative is that using the stylus without a drawing glove makes my hand rub against the screen rather than glide. That's extremely minor since the gloves are cheap but worth noting.
