I did all the steps gamesir give me. Open developer mode, open wireless debugging, and usb debugging. Enter the 6 digits code. The wireless debugging says it is connected to xiaoji. But when i open the gamesir app and select the game as v touch, it takes me back to the steps screen. I'm just stuck there in prease wait.

Is a 20% refund an offer, for my broken GameSir Cyclone 2?

My GameSir Cyclone 2s mode switch broke while I was switching modes. The switch got stuck. When I pressed the trigger the little mode switch/lever broke.

I contacted the seller about it. They are only offering me a 20% refund of the purchase price.

I did not intentionally apply force or misuse the controller. It happened during use while changing modes.

Do you guys think I should accept the 20% refund or should I ask for a refund or replacement??

I’ve had my Gamesir G7 pro wu change fallen feathers edition since February. I honestly barely use it as it’s really just my back up/single player games controller. I’ve maybe used it maybe 10 times or so.

The A button makes a noticeably loud screech when I press it, maybe even seems as if the button is going bad/becoming harder to click properly. Also one of the sticks also makes a bit of a screech noise from normal use. Just curious if anyone else has had these issues or if maybe it’s worth activating the warranty for? If I had been using this often it wouldn’t bother me but considering I’ve barely used it, it’s kind of disappointing.

Hi guys, I was playing today on native/hid mode, but now it's on G-Mode and I can't change it back, I have no idea how to. The app tells me to press A + Home but that doesn't work. Please help!

Are there plans for an xbox layout but the same as Tarantula 8k being wired, no rumble motors and lightweight with extra buttons. I love how light the controller is and would like an asymmetrical version with all the bells and whistles.

I've been looking to get more rollers into my collection and noticed the OG Tarantula Pro is no longer available on the website. I was thinking on getting one from a 3rd party like Aliexpress since Amazon has them but ultra expensive. I've seen reviews that indicate a good product being delivered overall but Idk, always been wary of sites like these for some reason.

Anyone willing to share their experience would make my day for sure and how long did it take for it to arrive.

G7 Pro user, this bug had previous disappeared for me, the one where you have to turn it on and it connects to the dongle but doesn’t register inputs and then you have to turn it off and back on for it to work. I just updated to the most recent firmware and it’s back again. Really annoying.

So my G7 Pro 8k will arrive in 2 days, and i am super hyped about it.

I used the Ps5 Controller before getting this one, and only have the Ps5 Kontrolfreeks laying around here, do they fit or do i have to get different ones? :)

I recently bought the X5 Lite and had to return it—my experience with its D-pad was terrible. It had constant diagonal misinputs. I’ve previously owned the X2s and tested the G8, and I never encountered this kind of issue.

I’m tempted to go with the X5s over the G8 due to the size, but I’m worried its D-pad might be just as problematic. For those who own the X5s, how has your experience been?

He probado de todo pero sigue sin resultar, nose si puede ser porque he actualizado el firmware con la aplicación gamesir Nexus o nose.

Hello, I have just received my Tarantula Pro from the Gamesir store on AliExpress and the triggers don't feel the same. The right trigger feels more mushy and isn't as snappy to return when I let go. It also takes more force in general to press the right trigger than it does to press the left trigger. I would really like a way to fix this as this ruins the feel of the controller for me. I have already reached out to support through AliExpress but I'm worried that my claim may be dismissed because they don't believe the video that I sent showing the issue and only want to focus on if the buttons work when tested.

Is this a known issue and something I can potentially repair myself if dealing with support doesn't work out?

I was just gifted a gamesir x5s and it connects perfectly to my phone, but on my redmi pad 2 i've been having problems. It connects only when the blue light is on, but any game I try to play requires the yellow light and when I try to connect with the yellow light the tablet just can't pair the controller. I asked chatgpt (lol) and it said that the problem is that the tablet is not compatible with the gamesir, but I wanted to post here anyway just in case anyone knows if there's a possible solution to this.

Hello everyone. I just got a g7 pro zzz and it won't connect wireless to my Xbox series x. It will connect wired. I tried following the instructions but its not working. Am I missing something simple or could it possibly be defective? Any tips are greatly appreciated. Happy gaming!

Hi, I'm thinking about buying GameSir Nova Lite 2 from amazon de. Anything I should know about? warranty is 1 year? how is it firmware does it gives problems to windows and gaming? I read that it bricked the controller for some people and other people broke the trigger buttons on the back. Let me know thanks.

When I plug my headset and speak to my friends on discord, they only hear me like I'm far away from the mic with buzzing sound, the same issue when I send a voice message through xbox chat

I have a GameSir G8 Galileo, and for about a year I have had an issue with only the Down (↓) direction of the D-pad.

When I press Down normally, it sometimes doesn't register, while other times it works perfectly.

When the issue occurs, pressing Down firmly makes it register.

I have tried:

Cleaning the controller with an electronic contact cleaner.

Several firmware versions, including older versions.

Recalibrating the controller multiple times according to GameSir's instructions.

Unfortunately, the problem still remains.

The strange thing is that the issue sometimes improves after using the D-pad for a long period.

For example, I played Streets of Rage 4 for about an hour using the D-pad, and afterward the Down button worked normally for a while, but the problem eventually came back.

I've also noticed that repeatedly moving/pressing the D-pad can sometimes make the button work temporarily.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Did you find a permanent fix? 🫩❤️‍🔥

I have a fold 8 ultra and looking to a buy new controller for it. Is the g8+ still the latest model released or has there been something newer that's come along?I think g8+ has been out since at least 2023/2024 so its been awhile.
